The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but the best part by far was the friendly and efficient staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests enjoy their visit. Their service made the whole meal feel seamless and enjoyable. I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey dinner a week before Thanksgiving. Everything was great except for the turkey, and the proportions of everything were on the small side. The turkey was sliced thin, was kind of dry and had a weird texture.

It is SUCH a huge disappointment when you are craving something so bad and are so excited to get it, and when you finally go there and order but DO NOT GET IT after an hour of patiently waiting. The tiny little host was so sweet and accommodating, the manager lady was also very considerate and attentive. However, the server who gruffly took my order but then never put it in or came back with my orange juice or even a water really brought down the entire thing. The manager came back and told me my order had not been put in. After waiting an hour I tipped a $5 and just left. I was like 5% mad, but 95% disappointed. It's not even the whole location; probably just the one server. Sad that one person can bring down an entire location's rating. Will not be returning.
Disappointing lunch service experience. We arrived around 11:30-12:00 and waited about 10 minutes to be seated which wasn't so bad. Once seated however, no one came by for another 10 to 15 minutes. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. We were seated on the left side near the entrance and were clearly visible to the cashier who sat us down, but still ignored. We finally decided to leave because if they took our order, we didn't feel like we would receive our meals in a timely matter as well.
By the time we left, we were the only ones seated on the left side dining area. Every table there was dirty, people were waiting to be seated, and staff seemed available but disorganized. They even had time to sing happy birthday to another table on the other side of the building while our section went completely unattended. At least the next party could have our clean table, but I hope they received timely service.
We’ve liked dining here before, which is why this is a 2-star review instead of 1, but for a new customer, this would’ve been a one-star experience. Hopefully management improves coordination and attention to guests.

This was probably one of the nicer Denny's ive been to. With that said the service was lacking. It was pretty empty and a simple salad and hot sandwich took way longer than it should have. I also say this because the entire time you could hear the staff having personal conversation. Dont know if this was just on off day but didnt leave a good impression on our end
