This was terrible. The worst meatball sandwich I ever had in my life. I had to spit it out it was so gross - it’s clear they have no idea about flavor combinations and when your sandwich tastes like cat-pee you know you’re in trouble. When you charge 20 bucks for a sandwich you better get it right. The place is pretty full of themselves with a we don’t really care attitude with a layout that makes zero sense. Will never go back and stick to our golden oldies. The fire marshall would love that door BTW. How did you get this approved?

The Spicy P is the greatest sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! Came here for the first time a while ago on a whim and now every time I’m in this area, I make a point to go to Ggiatas. I know everything else on the menu is awesome too but the Spicy P man… life changing lol just had my like 5th one in life and realized Ive never left a review!

Lovely people working here who put together our sandwiches super fast. I got the J Stilly and it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had!

Everyone here is so nice the food is absolutely superb. It's not like I can go there every day because it's not "working class prices", but oh my gosh, so delicious

Went on a Monday - quick and friendly service, plenty of comfortable seating, cute tile, kinda weird art, and a DELICIOUS spicy p chicken sandwich good god

with tax and tip it came out to $20 for just my sandwich, which is pretty steep and I wish it wasn’t so expensive

Had the Lorri Sub & meatballs. Sub was large and was able to easily split it. Great food, complex flavor profiles, and textures worked perfectly together.

Lots of menu items.

I guess they don’t want customers because I stood at the counter while the staff chit chatted and Ignored me. I waited for a bit but they were so clueless I just walked out. 11am Oct 29.

Another overpriced place gentrifying the neighborhood with prices that the original community cannot afford. They are catering to white people who can pay $20+ for a sandwich. Get out of Highland Park and go to the west side where you belong. Plus your food isn’t worth the money.

Food is incredibly mid and $18+ for a sandwich. Go to the eagle rock Italian deli and support a much better small business
