“Great little spot, everything we tried was incredible. The cinnamon toast bagel has a perfectly toasted melted sugar crunch. The Lox stock and cream cheese bagel is a lovely balance of whipped cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, and red onion. The chorizo breakfast bagel had the best beef chorizo, that was not too greasy just flavorful. Even the toasted plain bagel with whipped cream cheese was sooooo good. To me, when the most basic items are incredible, that's how you know a place is good.
Great iced cappuccino with hazelnut syrup too, not too sweet and loaded with espresso! Everything was 10/10“

We were greeted with such a nice welcome by Dino. I kept an eye on him as we had our meal his interactions with all of the guests were pleasant and positive. After spending the weekend in Hollywood eating at nice restaurants and being disappointed by the hostess’s at multiple locations it was nice to have an authentic greeting.
I hope this establishment knows how great their staff is.“

“First, please inform your staff of the military discount policy. Mario, the server, claims there isn't one but we come here VERY often and we've always had the 10% off discount applied. I even informed him that it's advertised in many places online and that we've always received that discount and he just blew me off as if I didn't just inform him and we still tipped generously though I shouldn't have. That truly pissed me off and will likely make us go to Denny's down the street instead from now on where the military service is always appreciated (and the discount is applied to the entire check, not just the meal), staff are informed and have a positive attitude, and the prices are better.

And we just paid $70 for 3 breakfast meals which is honestly insane. But Mario's the reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review and potentially why we may not go back.

This place is almost always empty when we dine here and we usually arrive at 6:30pm which is prime time for most restaurants on a Friday. But we were the ONLY customers when we arrived. Keep up the poor service and this place won't survive.

As for the positives, it's always cool and comfortable inside, the servers are (usually) friendly, the food is good and arrives in a reasonable amount of time.“
