Today I went to you restaurant for breakfast and for the third time I had absolutely horrible service. I was by myself and the hostess greeted me and asked how many I said 1 she started to walk to back to a table I then asked if I could have a booth (more comfortable) she then sat me in front of restaurant. I got chips & salsa immediately and she asked what I’d like to drink. Got my drink then about 10 minutes later she took my order then 5-10 minutes later she brought the toast...read full review
Very bad customer service with the host and the Manager. I was on hold for 30 mins and when she got back on the phone she was laughing that I was still on hold.The host was so rude and when I asked to speak to the Manager she agreed with the host and said she is having a bad day. I been coming here for years but they lost a great customer.
