It's been a long time since we went to a fast food joint that made the calories totally worth it. The fries were made to perfection, root beer float was perfect, and hamburger while not amazing was fresh and juicy. We tried the dill pickle cheese curds and they were surprisingly good. We just had cheese curds a few times in Wisconsin and those were not as good as the ones we had here. Thanks for making fast food like I remember it!

Passing through Haulasster. Found the A & W, Hole in the wall place, just like I like them! Classic house made Root Beer, takes me back to childhood! I behaved and ordered a small even though I wanted a large Root Beer :) Had the Chicken Sliders, order comes with two small sandwiches. The chicken was moist, fluffy and fresh! I had to wait about 10-min but it was well worth it! The mgr/owner, really nice gent. Next time passing through, will stop by for sure.

We LOVED this! Got two papa burgers, fresh toppings, juicy patty, soft bun. The fries were very nice and crispy, and the onion rings were ultra crunchy. Best of any fast food places we’ve been too! The dill pickle cheese curds were had a nice light tang and flavor. Everything came out warm/hot and fresh! The root beer floats were amazing as well! Classically good A&W quality root beer and creamy cold vanilla ice cream! The server was chill. There were not many customers around, but the place wasn’t empty. Overall great experience!

I didnt have the food from here but I did go order and wait for the order. The lady was quick to get everyone's orders and turn around to get the food out was good. Didn't have to wait long even though there were at least 4 people who ordered right before I did. The girlfriend liked her corn dog bites and fries. She said the bread to hotdog ratio was good.

Old school drive up A&W was a dose of nostalgia in the best way. It was a spontaneous stop to grab a bite to eat, and what a treat it was. Great food, friendly helpful staff, I’ll be back for a root beer float 😋
