“Ate here for brunch. Their menu has a lot of delicious options and healthy ones too. I ordered an eggs benedict (my usual order wherever I eat) with fruits on the side and a hot chocolate with no whip. The food was really good though the ham was kind of salty for my tastebuds. I still love it and finished everything hence the 5 stars.The ambiance is really nice and has a lot of seating places. Will be back here to try a different food.?”

“All too often, I see people quick to complain about a business, but I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Heavenly Bakery. I pre-ordered a cake for an office baby shower weeks ago and when I went to pick it up this morning on my way to my office in Morgan Hill, I could see the kind employee searching everywhere for my cake. As I stood there (whispering a silent prayer for grace and understanding) I knew they did not have my cake ready. Most businesses at this point would have owned their mistake, gave me a refund, and I would have been out of luck. This is NOT what happened, the employee got on the phone with the owner who said they would get this cake made and DELIVERED to Morgan Hill by noon today before the baby shower. I was absolutely impressed by the level of customer service I received.As a long time manager of a local business, I understand that mistakes can happen, however I also think that mistakes are one of the best ways that you can WOW a customer by how you offer to remedy the situation. I truly was WOW’d and appreciate more than words can say, the level of customer service that was offered as this is becoming a lost art in our fast-paced world. This owner truly cares about her customers and her business and it shows! I have used Heavenly Bakery several times in the past, and will loyally use them for all my bakery needs moving forward. Every person I have told about this will be using them now too. There truly is something to be said for word of mouth, even though I am only one person, because of them going above and beyond, I have told at least 10 people about it. Each and every customer counts and for every great or terrible experience someone has they will go tell all their friends and family about it (typically about 5-10 people), so each and every person matters. I do not know anyone’s name from there, but if they are on here, thank you for turning this mistake into a remarkable experience, kudos to the whole team and the owner! The cake was absolutely HEAVENLY as well!”

“This place is a dive bar in all the best ways. The locals were friendly and there is a lot of biker history there too. Friendly bartenders and good service. I had the Original Johnny's burger. I love a good burger and this one is in my top five (nod to High Fidelity). It's a big burger with even bigger flavors. If I'm ever in the area or "kind of " in the area I will go back. Thank you Johnny's.”

“I was in the drive thru. Everything was all you would expect from fast food:. Clean, fresh, friendly, french fries were crispy and easy to eat. They didn't chock me up like McDonalds fries. McDonalds fries, even small amounts .., get stuck in my esophagus. Lol. So I was glad these from A&W were fresh. :)”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! The employee that works there when I go in is always super friendly, biggest smile and seriously adds love to the drinks she makes. The vegetables a fruits used are high quality. They also allow to life you to bring your own cups. Which is very important for me. Huge bonus: if your sweet tooth is kicking, they have slices of cake or jello.”
