We were in town for a convention and stopped by before hitting the road. The service was excellent, plenty of seating and the food was perfect. I had the shrimp curry soup with noodles. I would totally recommend!
The big beef and tendon bowl of soup plus I add steam vegetables on side 😋. Very good service. Fair price. I recommend this place.
I had the chicken noodle soup and my friend had a curry noodle soup. Both were excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Shrimp spring rolls were ginormous. Came in last night in the place was packed, no seats, left and had Mexican food. Tonight, one table free, and I enjoyed my dinner.

Super Noodles | Vietnamese is a family-owned spot offering excellent service and fresh, quality food. The owner and waitstaff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a cozy ambiance, though it can get packed. Meals like shrimp curry soup with noodles, chicken noodle soup, curry noodle soup, potsticker soup, and egg rolls are all excellent. Shrimp spring rolls are ginormous. Bowls are huge and very affordable. The food is hot, of good proportion, and made with quality ingredients. It is the best Pho in Hollister. Many choices are available. Overall, it is a great place to eat and bring the family.
