“I had the chicken noodle soup and my friend had a curry noodle soup. Both were excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Shrimp spring rolls were ginormous. Came in last night in the place was packed, no seats, left and had Mexican food. Tonight, one table free, and I enjoyed my dinner.“
“This winery is truly a hidden gem in San Benito County! We absolutely adore every aspect of this establishment. The views and scenery are beautiful, and the staff are personable, attentive, and friendly. All of the wines are delicious, and I highly recommend their charcuterie and sweet chocolate plates; they are amazing and pair excellently with the wines.“

“I haven't had Mountain Mike's Pizza in years and decided to have it again. It was very good, we enjoyed it. We ordered a Mt Vegimore with chicken and Sun dried tomatoes. There was a lot of topping on the pizza and it wasn't soggy at all.“

“This place used to be off the freeway as you got near Hollister. So when I typed chill and grill. It brought me to its new location it's been 4 yrs since I last visited. Man, the atmosphere was amazing. It was a football Sunday. We walked in and were greeted instantly. Sat just as fast. We trailed as we were in awe of everything going on. Band was setting up. Getting ready to start. They have the nfl ticket, so every game was on or just about over. The place is really cool. Had board games. My daughter instantly gravitated to the Giant Connect 4 game they had . The menu is 1 heet front and back but food options are huge. Pizza bites were good. Garlic fries were ok.. I did feel I could've made them at home but still good. The beer list was huge. Tons of beer options to take home. Take home beer not drink there haha. (Inside menu joke). Over place was cool. My sandwit h was ok. Wife's baked potato was interesting. My son got a street dog.. that was better then my sandwich. I regret not trying something outside my comfort. Place is cool great place for beer and hang outs . I highly recommend it.“

“Found ourselves at The Wok as our “go to” Chinese place in Hollister a block away is closed Saturday for lunch. WOW! How fortunate for us!! The food is great! Fresh, authentic, delicious. The place is clearly a local “hole in the wall “ as described, but is incredibly clean and the people are lovely. The portions are huge and the prices are great. Though it was lunchtime, we had the family dinner with the Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken etc. WHAT A DEAL! My husband and I (BIG EATERS) ate till we were full and STILL will have a GREAT dinner tomorrow with the leftovers.
I only rarely post, but had to because ASK YOURSELVES: If you were made sick by a restaurant, would you take photos/document/reach out to Public Health, or write a review on Google? I would ask everyone PLEASE, if you have a terrible dining experience, take the appropriate steps to help us all…Think twice about whether everything you read is true. I hate to see GREAT places hurt by the review process.“

“This is a casual recently remodeled, local Taqueria in Hollister, CA in the Ace Hardware parking lot next to the liquor store. Has a nice clean, modern vibe with multiple flatscreen TVs to watch all the games and a small bar area. You can get your order to-go or dine-in. They have a nice menu board with pictures and prices. You order at the counter and then they will either call your number for you to come get the food or they will bring it to your table depending on who's working. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the tacos are pretty darn good. I got the Carne Asada tacos which you can get 4 for around $10-$12 something like that. They are nice and juicy and the sauce is a little spicy but not overwhelming. My daughter got the shrimp tacos, which looked pretty good, and were extremely juicy looking and so good she even ordered more when she was finished and at $3 each not bad. The only thing and I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly when I ordered nachos a while back, they were not that great as they used what look like 7-Eleven cheese. For the price for the nachos and being a Taqueria I was expecting they use grilled cheese and melted on the order not some liquid cheese from a bottle or jar. So basically, to recap, I would highly recommend the tacos as they are delicious, but hold off on the nachos until they get better cheese. The only thing I wish they would put on the tacos would be a little bit of cilantro, but other than that they're still pretty good. Non-alcoholic beverages are a little bit overpriced. I mean for one can of soda it's $3 and for 1 bottle of the Mexican sodas, which she usually get at the store for $1 - $1.25 are around $4.25-$4.50 for 1 bottle.... they probably get them at Costco and cost under a dollar apiece and I get it. They have to mark it up and make a profit but that's ridiculous. Either way, I still recommend this Taqueria as the services good and the tacos are definitely good!!! 👍🏼“

“Tried out the new place during their soft opening. Met the owner Angie who was kind and committed to the success of her restaurant - Hollister resident. We had the Beef Rib Pho, Passionfruit Iced Tea and Jasmine Iced Tea. Broth- full of flavor derived from 12+ hours of cooking-no short cuts here! Clean, clear and delicious! Service - friendly and patient! We’ll be here often and cannot wait to try all the items on the menu! Welcome and Thank you for opening in our town.“

“After a long run in Pinnacles, we stopped for the fig/bacon/arugula pizza, the half chicken and a burger. The food was DELICIOUS, and when there was a mistake with our order, the waitress immediately noticed. The manager was kind and made it right without us needing to ask. This is a place to save in your plans for a trip to Hollister!“

“This is one of the hidden jams inside of Hollister for Mexican foodd. I’ve driving by, here but never found it because it’s tucked in the corner of a plaza. They have combination plates, one item two, item 3 item for very affordable prices. I got two cheese enchiladas and a chili telleno and it was perfect.“
