“The service is pretty good, portions are a good size. It's usually busy but we've never had to wait terribly long. Great for families or big groups being that it's loud. Our server was super helpful and recommended a soggy margarita with Tajín on the rim which was delicious.“

“Very good place for brunch, the only small problem is that there are a lot of people on the weekend and you have to wait to get space. Service level, nothing to say, very welcoming and helpful.Parking: The parking lot is located just behind the restaurant.“

“Ate here for brunch. Their menu has a lot of delicious options and healthy ones too. I ordered an eggs benedict (my usual order wherever I eat) with fruits on the side and a hot chocolate with no whip. The food was really good though the ham was kind of salty for my tastebuds. I still love it and finished everything hence the 5 stars. The ambiance is really nice and has a lot of seating places. Will be back here to try a different food.?“
“We have been members at Calera winery since 2014 and their wine is consistently our top choice! They are world-renowned for their Pinots, but their Rose and Chardonnay are just as exquisite. We drove up to Hollister to get away from the stormy weather in San Jose, and we were lucky to hit a break in the rain and enjoy an awesome wine tasting thanks to the hospitality of the staff. The minerality and crispness of the wines is unparallel. We had a great time and took home a Jensen and a Chalone. The tasting room has undergone a facelift and is sporting a variety of tables and even a cozy private room, in addition to plentiful outdoor seating with unbelievable views of the valley and the mountains. A beautiful day out in the country!“

“We've eaten here before and enjoyed it but I didn't review. This week we are down with the flu, and we all wanted Chinese food.... Y'all... it arrived HOT and FRESH! It was incredibly delicious! We ordered combination fried rice 5/5 Chicken chow mein 5/5 if I could I'd give this dish 10 stars! Fresh, tasty, not greasy or chewy, so good! Sesame chicken - also amazing dish! Hot and juicy! I normally shy away from fried chicken but this was very good! Props to the delivery person for getting it here so fresh and not cold!“

“5⭐️ service from booking to service on the day for a 35 person memorial luncheon after a funeral.Kimber was so patient and accommodating when we changed our minds, the date, and the buffet menu multiple times! For appetizers we chose from their catering menu:Deep fried panko crusted Calamari so good! What a hit everyone loved even the kids! And the hand breaded artichoke hearts were especially tasty. For entee we chose Menu 2 Classic Country BBQ:We selected the roasted chicken & dry rubbed tri-tip combo. Sides were corn on cob, slow cooked chili beans with an impressive mixed vegetables salad coffee & tea provided as well. Plenty of warm bread and butter as well.Table set ups done beautifully and the food was worth waiting for.(We got there early)Highly recommended for parties, luncheons & dinners for large parties!Parking: They have a 10-15 car lot in back of the restaurant also plenty of street parking as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids run freely in banquet room. We had a memorial luncheon so it was private but they are very accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheel chair access is a must for us my brother in law is in a wheelchair and felt at ease getting in and out. Disabled parking is in back right by accessible door to banquet room. Sort of tricky to find but it’s in back of restaurant thru the alley way.“

“And again! Another great meal! Walked in and the smell of wonderful food filled the air. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said they just boxed up fajitas. I knew I would be ordering some. My wife went for the chili rellenos. My fajitas were great and the serving size was great. I took some home and enjoyed the leftovers later - they didn't make it through the night!“

“Food was good but there is room for improvements. I ordered the chilaquiles, ratio of tortilla to egg was not fair. It seemed like there was egg for ten tortillas chips. Food portions were crazy big. Luckily my bro had extra eggs over easy, I put them over the chilaquiles and the ratio was now on me...I would suggest offering that as an option...not a complaint, just a suggestion. Would I go back? Yes!!“

“Went to Valley Pizzeria for the first time after wheeling at a nearby offroad park. My intent was to find the most "hole in the wall" pizza place I could because I'm not a fan of franchise pizza. This place definitely checks that box.-As we entered the restaurant, we got a throwback kind of vibe (it's a good thing).-The menu has a good selection of pizza styles and other items, yet it's not complex.-We ordered a large Carnivore Pizza along with some of their bone in wings (honey Sriracha if I remember correctly).-we were seated and promptly received our order of wings. The wings were phenomenal. They weren't undercooked like at other places. Even though the wings had sauce, you could still feel the crisp on the skin as you bit into them. Safe to say they were well done but not overcooked. (Perfect)-The pizza was brought to the table almost immediately after we received the wings. Just by looking at it, we knew the pizza was gonna be just as good as it looked. The crust had a golden texture along with a few burn bubbles, the meats had a crispy rim surrounding the edges. The cheese consistency looked like it was just enough cheese (not too much, not too little), and when we picked up a slice, the pizza didn't flop! It had a nice rigid structure. The undercarriage was crusty and crunchy while maintaining the same texture throughout the crust. When you bit into it, the toppings didn't slide off all over the place, and there was a nice and subtle crunch! The pie itself was a bit larger than your typical large pie at a franchise place. One thing I recommend if you're taking the pizza home is to reheat it in an air fryer at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. It'll come out just a bit crunchier but will still taste as if it was fresh. If you heat it in a microwave, you'll have soggy crust and a chewy pizza.Overall, this hole in the wall pizza place was a hit! We will definitely be going back after every wheeling trip. This review may seem long, but if you love pizza the way I do, you'll understand that a pie has to have certain characteristics to qualify as a true, made with a purpose pizza.“

“Brought the husband for lunch special Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm and he loved it! He can't have MSG without issues and this place makes all their food without it! Extremely accommodating to their customers. I highly recommend this place! Generous portions and excellent prices and exceptional service! In 2024 its difficult to get all components right and this place definitely does.“

“I absolutely love mountain mikes. I moved to Florida and we don’t have a mikes here. I miss it dearly. I think about it often. Sometimes my fiancé gets jealous because when I sleep I moan for the cheesy gooey mountain mikes mozzarella. She often resorts to violence… but anyway. Do yourself a favor and bring ya self down to mountain mikes pizza today.Parking: Great parking“

“I stopped by here with my parents on the way down from Yosemite to Monterey last year (July 2022). The birria tacos were incredibly delicious, I still think about them till today! I looked them up this year so I could do it again with my brother and sister in law -- sad that they're closed for a bit! Hopefully they will be up and running again soon“

“It was the friendliest restaurant we ever walked into. We will definitely return. The bowls were large and plentiful. The vegetables were fresh and plenty of noodles in my #6 meal. I had the Medium and my husband got the large. Many regulars and orders to go. Delicious meal.“

“We DoorDash the food from here because it is more convenient than having to leave home. Each time we have found the food to be full of flavor. Especially the soups. One night I ordered all their soup and the family sat and ate to see which on was their favorite. Not one of us chose the same one so you'll have try it out for yourselves. The food is not greasy like some Chinese food places are and that is a plus for me.“
“Friendly staff. Super helpful and passionate about their business.Felt like I was stepping into the past with awesome shakes and a 50s diner feel.Walls are plastered with memorabilia of motorcycles and the like. The guitar player was extremely good as he serenaded us through our lunch.“

“We came here for lunch during the lunch rush and we were very pleased! Our food took a little long, but we had that understanding going into it knowing we were in the middle of a large amount of take out orders. That being said, our server was still on point and made sure we were taken care of! The fish was very fresh and the rolls were delicious! We ordered the Poke Nachos, Tres Pinos and Rainbow rolls. The miso soup hit perfectly on this cold Hollister day. We are looking forward to our next visit!“

“I have lived here for 3 years and this is my 1st time here after the rebrand. OMG! Their burritos are so good, big and still hot when we got home. They grill the tortilla to keep it intact because it's filled from end to end! There was a bite of chicken in almost every bite, except the ends...why is that?!? Definitely coming back for the Mexican Sushi!“
