“This is a gem of a place that I've passed a hundred times. Nancy the owner was awesome as was Angie our server. Clean and really cool vibe. Best Thai restaurant I've ever been to with the best drunken noodles I've ever had and I've had a lot! The flavor layers were incredible. Spring rolls were fresh and light and delicious and the chicken satay was perfect. Also tried the Pho and it was incredible. Again the flavor layers where deep and rich and big. The bar is great and well stocked. And the mango/vanilla ice cream/sticky rice desert was amazing. Great quality meats and veggies. Just a perfect place that I will be visiting a lot in the future and it's only a 20 minute drive from Monterey. Also met a really nice guy sitting at the bar with us. Highly recommend!!!“

“Great service from everyone. We had oysters, which you can order one at a time, so we ordered 4. They were pretty big. I had fish and chips while my friend had a crab cake with a side of fries. We also tried their Santa Cruz cider, which was a pomegranate cider. We also had their berry cobbler. Food was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. We will be back.“

“I saw a food creator claiming to have found the best burger in Watsonville. Honestly, I was skeptical because many influencers get paid to hype things up. However, after seeing a tempting menu online, I decided to check them out anyway. Less than an hour before closing, I called to place my order and headed out for pickup. When I arrived, I realized the cafe was right next to my childhood favorite taqueria. The place was quiet and casual, and it radiated a warmth that instantly took me back to my childhood days of waiting eagerly for food. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive. They even gave me a small box for my carryout, which reminded me of my old favorite spot and how my dad used to carry a whole charola full of tacos. The aroma was absolutely mesmerizing, and I can confidently say that all the rumors are true. Their burgers (especially the King Kong Burger) are truly one of a kind! The bun is soft and pliable, the meat is tender, and the vegetables are very fresh. The cheese melts all the flavors together perfectly. In fact, I’ve never had a burger that pulls off thinly sliced meat better than this. While I had never tried bibimbap before, it will be tough to top the version I had here. Even my dad, who rarely tries international cuisines, was tempted by just the smell. The spicy sauce complemented the other ingredients wonderfully! The yam fries were also outstanding: crispy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. As a big fan of sweet potatoes, I can honestly say they were the best I’ve ever had. “Picked up food to go last year and it was really good. So happy that we found this place again! Ordered garlic parm and spicy fried chicken wing plates, lemongrass chicken and beef meatball pho. Also ordered strawberry and melon boba milk tea and Vietnamese coffee with egg cream. Food and drinks came out quickly. Customer service was great. It was so good that we ate and drank everything! We will definitely come here again when we’re in the area.“

“This is an experience you should not pass on. So far this is the best Chinese restaurant we have eaten at in Salinas, CA. Limited parking. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Wonton soup was flavorful with soft wonton. The chow mein noodles were soft and chewy (not for everyone) but the flavor was amazing. The fried rice did not have peas and carrots in it, as it should be. They did use green onions. The fried prawns were crunchy and non greasy but hot, same with the egg rolls. The sweet and sour pork was had hand dipped quality and cooked. The breading on the outside was not traditional like what you would find at a buffet. They seem to take pride in the food they serve and it shows. We will be going back as this is a place that is save on our phone and in our stomachs.“

“Decem and QQ gave us the BEST service we have EVER received. No exaggeration. They provided our group with such a wonderful experience and ALL of our food was amazing. We had chow mein, wings, Mongolian beef, sweet & sour chicken, rice, wor wonton soup, ginger tea, and the sesame seed dessert balls (I don’t remember what they were called). Above all, they treated us like family. We will absolutely be having more family dinners here. If you are reading reviews to see where you should go to eat this is THE place to go. P.S. “We are locals who come here often. The owner is wonderfully accommodating. We usually order the combination plate for 2 or more people because you get fried rice, soup, egg rolls, and cream cheese wontons. We have also tried the lunch special as well. They usually get a lot of to-go orders. We have ordered a number of things, and all are very good. Their hot and sour soup is very good.“

“Every single time I go to this restaurant, the food is excellent! Ana is the best server! My family and extended family love, love, love everything we have tried. My current favorite is Hunan Beef. The Singapore Rice Noodles are great, eggplant, every variation of rock cod, Peking pork… They can vary any dish to your liking. The lunches are a good deal, enough food for two meals for me. However, going with my family and getting a variety of dishes is what we like the best. Usually there are six to eight of us and we get to eat all of our favorites.“

It’s a small, hidden spot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Not loud or trendy — just calm and comfortable. Most of the customers seemed like locals, and you can tell many of them are regulars.
The restaurant is very clean, which immediately made us feel at ease. The elderly server was incredibly kind and attentive. The side dishes were refilled quickly without us even having to ask. The soup was delicious and arrived still boiling at the table — those little details really make a difference.
There’s a real Korean home-style cooking feeling here. It’s not fancy, but every bite feels warm, comforting, and satisfying — the kind of food that makes you feel taken care of.

“We decided to go Thai for dinner today at this restaurant. The restaurant is clean, simple and small. We ordered Tom Yum Bowl soup, Red curry with tofu, and Cashew Chicken stir-fry. Everything turned out as expected, spice level was perfect. They don’t add steamed rice with entree, so you need to order separately. The server was nice and courteous. It seems like a family business so the entire experience was homely. Definitely recommend it.“

“My family of 5 went there for brunch yesterday. We were seated quickly and received immediate service. We had the chicken pesto sandwich with a salad; the pancake combo, two waffle combos; and a meat lovers omelet with potatoes. We enjoyed it all! The chicken pesto sandwich was perfection! The pancakes and waffles were delicious, the bacon had good crunch, the eggs were scrambled and cooked just right! Also, they had this orange muffin that was amazing! We can't wait to go back! “The regular bowls are plenty of food. We split 4 bowls between 2 adults and 3 kids and have a ton of leftovers. Actually pretty solid value. Teriyaki chicken and steak were the best, large pieces cooked weklll. Katsu chicken was just a touch dry, most likely because the cut was thinner. Orange chicken wasnt our favorite, the orange tasted a little burned. White and fried rice very good. Noodles were good. Vegetables were good, maybe a little heavy on the cabbage. Ordered online to go, food was ready on a Friday night before the estimated time. Would eat here again. 1 less star on the atmosphere because the place has that generic upscale fast food look that every place has these days. But plenty of tables and employees working hard.“
