“Every single time I go to this restaurant, the food is excellent! Ana is the best server! My family and extended family love, love, love everything we have tried. My current favorite is Hunan Beef. The Singapore Rice Noodles are great, eggplant, every variation of rock cod, Peking pork… They can vary any dish to your liking. The lunches are a good deal, enough food for two meals for me. However, going with my family and getting a variety of dishes is what we like the best. Usually there are six to eight of us and we get to eat all of our favorites.“

Everything turned out as expected, spice level was perfect. They don’t add steamed rice with entree, so you need to order separately. The server was nice and courteous. “We enjoyed dinner at Grillin & Chillin Alehouse. We started with sharing a pretzel. It was ok. The bread was fresh and soft, however the portion wasn't large. The mustard was tasty, the cheese wasn't great. For mains, I had a veggie calzone and my husband had a bacon avocado burger. The calzone was better than I expected. It had a lot of cheese and a good amount of veggies. There was a nice amount of spinach, which I think was put in uncooked and softened with the heat inside. My husband thought the burger was very good. He said the beef was high quality. There was a lot of avocado which was actually guacamole. They have lots of TV screens with different games.“

But don't miss the outlaw fries, the salty cajun style dusting hits the spot! She had a very nice salad with grilled chicke, also a nice spice dusting and great selection of dressings. Servings are quite generous, we left quite satisfied.

“I haven't had Mountain Mike's Pizza in years and decided to have it again. It was very good, we enjoyed it. We ordered a Mt Vegimore with chicken and Sun dried tomatoes. There was a lot of topping on the pizza and it wasn't soggy at all.“

“This is a casual recently remodeled, local Taqueria in Hollister, CA in the Ace Hardware parking lot next to the liquor store. Has a nice clean, modern vibe with multiple flatscreen TVs to watch all the games and a small bar area. You can get your order to-go or dine-in. They have a nice menu board with pictures and prices. You order at the counter and then they will either call your number for you to come get the food or they will bring it to your table depending on who's working. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the tacos are pretty darn good. I got the Carne Asada tacos which you can get 4 for around $10-$12 something like that. They are nice and juicy and the sauce is a little spicy but not overwhelming. My daughter got the shrimp tacos, which looked pretty good, and were extremely juicy looking and so good she even ordered more when she was finished and at $3 each not bad. The only thing and I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly when I ordered nachos a while back, they were not that great as they used what look like 7-Eleven cheese. For the price for the nachos and being a Taqueria I was expecting they use grilled cheese and melted on the order not some liquid cheese from a bottle or jar. So basically, to recap, I would highly recommend the tacos as they are delicious, but hold off on the nachos until they get better cheese. The only thing I wish they would put on the tacos would be a little bit of cilantro, but other than that they're still pretty good. Non-alcoholic beverages are a little bit overpriced. I mean for one can of soda it's $3 and for 1 bottle of the Mexican sodas, which she usually get at the store for $1 - $1.25 are around $4.25-$4.50 for 1 bottle.... they probably get them at Costco and cost under a dollar apiece and I get it. They have to mark it up and make a profit but that's ridiculous. Either way, I still recommend this Taqueria as the services good and the tacos are definitely good!!! 👍🏼“
