This is an excellent Mexican restaurant in Hollister. The ceviche is very good, and carnitas fries will satisfy any appetite. Excellent michelada, get the large with shrimp.

I normally eat in. This time, I ordered to go, and it was a disaster. Had to wait an eternity. Will never order to go!
