El Nopal Bakery in Hollister is a small but amazing bakery known for its authentic Mexican pan dulce. The bread is fresh, tasty, and affordable, making it a go-to place for sweets and bread cravings. They also offer fresh flour and corn tortillas. Despite its unassuming appearance, the bakery serves very good pan dulce that is worth the stop. Prices are reasonable, and the bakery has been a staple in the area for many years. Just remember to bring cash as they do not accept other forms of payment.
