“Good service, it was a custom made cake, wanted to maintain sweetness and outside finishing. They made exactly what we expected. It's like an open kitchen, so I don't think they have samples to show so ordering a week before is required, I see they have big catalogs to select the design though, best in hollister.“

Although it is a little pricey, it's worth it. You won't find anything quite as down to earth and healthy. You'll need to plan ahead because there's limited hours of service.“

“Cool little dessert shop to stop in! Ice cream was I think $4.50 for 1 scoop! And $2 and additional. I must be old cause that seems pricey! And they didn't even have every flavor stocked! Coffee was just basic. Not really high quality. The staff were all polite and very helpful! The pre packaged sweets were delicious! But again a lil pricey. All the novelty stuff inside was actually cool! Big variety of cool things, nothing generic! We got on the train ride and my little kids liked it. They also got the lil mining package which they liked doing all on there own. Overall I think we'd come back to spend a few hours here and now knowing what's what.“
“All too often, I see people quick to complain about a business, but I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Heavenly Bakery. I pre-ordered a cake for an office baby shower weeks ago and when I went to pick it up this morning on my way to my office in Morgan Hill, I could see the kind employee searching everywhere for my cake. As I stood there (whispering a silent prayer for grace and understanding) I knew they did not have my cake ready. Most businesses at this point would have owned their mistake, gave me a refund, and I would have been out of luck. This is NOT what happened, the employee got on the phone with the owner who said they would get this cake made and DELIVERED to Morgan Hill by noon today before the baby shower. I was absolutely impressed by the level of customer service I received.As a long time manager of a local business, I understand that mistakes can happen, however I also think that mistakes are one of the best ways that you can WOW a customer by how you offer to remedy the situation. I truly was WOW’d and appreciate more than words can say, the level of customer service that was offered as this is becoming a lost art in our fast-paced world. This owner truly cares about her customers and her business and it shows! I have used Heavenly Bakery several times in the past, and will loyally use them for all my bakery needs moving forward. Every person I have told about this will be using them now too. There truly is something to be said for word of mouth, even though I am only one person, because of them going above and beyond, I have told at least 10 people about it. Each and every customer counts and for every great or terrible experience someone has they will go tell all their friends and family about it (typically about 5-10 people), so each and every person matters. I do not know anyone’s name from there, but if they are on here, thank you for turning this mistake into a remarkable experience, kudos to the whole team and the owner! The cake was absolutely HEAVENLY as well!“
