Had to pick up four individual orders, and not only did Nancy take my order correctly, ( w/several subs- no cream, no cheese/ meat only), but she had them bag each separately!!! SO NICE- EXCELLENTCustomer service!
It was good. Not a long wait. They guy at the window was very nice. The baja blast freeze wasn't working so he gave me another soda free. Very friendly. We need more friendly people like this in Customer service. Not just people tell you "is that it" like if they want you to hurry. Didn't catch his name but I did tell him thank you for being an awesome employee! Thanks taco bell.

5 stars on atmosphere? LOL it's a Taco Bell! But seriously I have got the best deal off the $2 specialty burritos they were bigger, fresher & better than any other Taco Bell ever. This particular one in Hollister CA has been very good the 6-7 times I've been here.
