I've been to this place when it was Metro Balderos and Taqueria el Chore, neither of which were all that great. Now this reiteration under its new name was excellent. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito which was huge, hot and fresh. The rice wasn't too salty, the asada had a nice sear on the meat. The asada also wasn't loaded with gristle which will ruin a burrito for me. They serve chips with your order and have a decent salsa bar. I will be back from time to time for lunch.
My granddaughters and I had dinner here and this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've eaten at in ages.
I had the chicken enchilada plate with rice and beans.
And it was absolutely delicious.
The enchiladas, the rice, the beans, all of it.
I was very impressed and definitely will be back and my granddaughters were very happy with their meals as well.

The torta asada is huge and full of meat, everything in it taste so fresh. Portion size one meal can be shared. The super burrito asada just as huge and delicious. Highly recommend,
