We love Burger King and this is the only location in our city. I do wish it was cleaner inside and out. The exterior is especially dirty going through the drive-thru area in particular. The staff is friendly maybe they just don't have enough people for maintenance purposes.

The food is consistently good, and the manager goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, some customers have experienced issues with getting their drinks right, with common mistakes including ice or sweetness. Although the atmosphere appears sad with no one eating inside anymore, the drive-thru service is often slow, especially during lunch when it can get 10+ cars deep. Despite this, the staff is friendly and helpful, making suggestions that provide the best bang for your buck if one is looking for a good burger or burger combo. It is the only Burger King in Hollister, which adds to its uniqueness. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering games for children and wheelchair accessibility with tables for people in wheelchairs. Overall, it remains a good fast food option with some areas for improvement.
