I think this franchise took into account all the bad customer reviews because the time I went there I got a nice ice cream and was treated like royalty. The staff were friendly and everyone in there was nice. I will say that the time I went the digital touch screens were out-of-order but it could be fixed by now. A few kids were having a great time in the color tubes. I had a great experience.
This place could not keep up with the amount of customers but it maybe just during the reno undwr way. Fries were bad. Frapp was awesome. Watched a drug deal go down. Dinner and a show.

Service is too slow. Over 10 minutes from ordering to food service. Your food is fine but speed and price are what matters. No refills on drinks. So maybe next time I will just go somewhere else.
