Café Con Leche Con Amor is a really nice coffee shop in downtown Hollister. The cappuccino has a light/bright taste and the Mayan mocha drink is outstanding. The menu includes simple breakfast and lunch items, Gallo Pinto, mixed tapas plate, arepas, and many lacto‑ovo vegetarian options. Food is delicious, very well balanced with the sala, and the pastries look not amazing but the kitchen food sounds great. Service is quick and pleasant, and the owner is very kind and proud. The atmosphere is relaxed with people working on their computers and others chatting, and there is a shaded patio. The kitchen closes at 2 pm. Some customers found the second visit too salty, but overall the place is sweet and welcoming. It is a cute spot with good coffee and nice owner, a place worth checking out again.
