4 stars because it’s delicious… although they always forget my cones when I order them. They tend to mess up the orders too. They gave me a birthday cake instead of a kids scoop. Quit stealing your customers money robbin’s!

Poor customer service. Treated horrible when I was trying to pick out an ice cream cake. I was looking in the freezer at the designs and flavors (for a reasonable about of time) and I was rudely told to close the door when looking. The display fridge does not allow you to see all the cakes. Then the other employee starts asking me what flavor I want, what flower do you want. I told them I just just trying to see the cakes. A lot of hassle to try and pick out a nice cake. Was really silly and embarrassing.
