Go in here and immediately the cooks/fry guy are just chatting it up loud in front of customers, the cashier not giving two licks. They all must hate their job or the boss doesn't care. An easy reason to not come here

This place is always scamming!!! It might not seem like a big deal but they always make my double cheeseburgers with one slice of cheese And no one ever EVERERRRR gets back to me even though I have complained about it numerous times. And now this? You're literally stealing my money!!!!! It was supposed to take the balance off of the crown card... That didn't happen. Can someone please respond to me for once. Your customer service sucks it really does. The employees in the store are nice , But this is ridiculous. I leave messages on the app all the time. This is theft.

One of the slowest service I've ever experienced at any Burger King in the Bay Area. The drive thru gets 10+ cars deep at lunch time and going inside for picking up isn't any faster either. But it's the only Burger King in Hollister, so it is what it is.
I asked for two zesty sauces because I got a large fry then he only gave me one zesty sauce so I paid for a second one. Then I didn't realize that he actually put half the container full of fries So now I have 2 sauces and I don't even need it. I ate one french fry out of that container. I work really hard for my money right now doing instacart and DoorDash and this isn't okay with me

Their egg normous burrito was huge.. I ate half brfore picture I'll be getting my breakfast burrito here for a lot less then other places.. kudos to whoever made the burrito but it was really good.
