This location is CONSTANTLY out of stuff! Today wt 4:00, no steak, no asada, NO LETTUCE! FOR THE DAY?!! How do you run out of lettuce, in this area?! Other times, they've had no ice and want you to drink warm sodas. I'm a Chipotle fan, but the Hollister location needs to get it together?

My father and I stopped by to grab an early dinner on a tuesday after spending the day in hollister. We both love chipotle, but it’s honestly difficult to find consistency across locations. I have easily been disappointed by cleanliness of other stores, service, and portions. Firstly, the store was clean and well maintained and the young girl helping us out was very friendly. Portions were on point, the food was good, and it was just a good overall chipotle experience, so thank you to that worker for giving my dad and I something to write a review about!

We hadn't been in over 3 years. It is scoop and serve much like a the ones in the mall. Not bad just not real good. Less choices than subway, I was surprised by this. Ugh this place is going down hill fast!!! The orders keep getting smaller. I order extra rice and beans but get less🤦. Being a vegetarian there are very little places to eat in town so for them to not have decent looking food is disappointing. The veggie always looks like they have been sitting too long and gross. The kicked was today, I ordered a veggie bowl, girl makes the bowl then tells me no avocado!! What I ordered a veggie bowl, why didn't you tell me before ordering this!! Then she offered to put meat on the bowl!! I'm a vegetarian!! Nothing was done to compensate the fact that they didn't information me of not having avocado but yet I had to pay for the avocado!!! Very disappointed!!!

I paid for a keto burrito bowl. Should have been served in a spoon. Never again. I wish I could add a picture to this review. My hand is bigger than the amount of food I received. I did post the photo under the photo section. Update: they sent me a useless link that doesn’t see pictures or answer questions. Never again.

I got kid meals for my kids and the meat and beans were all too spicy. Kid food should not be spicy. Later on another day, I tried calling to ask if there was any meat that was not spicy beforei ordered online. Their phone system is all automated and there is no way to actually talk with someone in the store. This is terrible customer service if you can't even be reached.
