Delicious American and Mexican Food. Chilaquiles were very delicious, chips were crispy and the green sauce was tasty, a must try. Im very picky about omelets and I give it 5 star. Place is small so it's hard to accommodate large parties, i suggest you call before going.

Heidy's Coffee in Hollister, CA, impresses with exceptional service and beautiful presentation. The staff’s warm, attentive approach made me feel welcome, and the cozy café’s charming decor elevated the experience. My corned beef hash was visually stunning and flavorful, though the sliced corned beef lacked the tender, pulled texture I expected. Still, the outstanding service and inviting atmosphere make Heidy’s a must-visit. 4 stars!

I went there yesterday for the first time. No one was in a hurry to take our order.When I did order, I ordered the breakfast burrito. I was served a burrito with sausage in it. No where in the menu description did it say sausage was in it. In fact it said “ choice of meat” which I chose something else. It was FULL of link sausage, which I don’t like and didn’t want. I could not eat any of it. My husband ordered a dish with hash browns extra crispy- They were barely warm. His sourdough toast he ordered, never came. In the middle of taking our order, the waitress stopped taking our order, seated a group who came in, then resumd taking our order. Coffee or water never refilled. Will never go back.

Great place for breakfast, nice, flavorful local twist on what normally are typical meals. Hash was great, super savory. Good scrambles. Been here a couple times, staff a bit overwhelmed today, maybe because of Mother’s Day tomorrow. Regardless food served hot, with a bit of wait. Our go to place when in town
When we first started coming here the food was really good. Last few times not so much and today was the last time. The veggie soup was all potatoes with a few carrots and no other vegetables to be seen. I told the waitress I couldn't eat it but before I could finish my sentence, she walked away and didn't check on us the rest of the time we were there. The side salad was mostly carrots. The ceasar salad was drenched in dressing. The BLT was ok, nothing special and didn't expect it to be. The place is small and when we asked for the check was ignored until we asked again when she walked by. Pretty sure she heard the first request but I'll let that go I guess. If you use a card, there is about a $0.30 up charge on every item ordered and not the usual fee per swip. Bring cash if you don't want to pay the up fee. Time before last things were cold and orders not correct. They did try to make it right by bring the things missing in the omelet out on a separate plate. But just not the same as when cooked in. Unfortunately we really liked this place but won't be going back. 🤷♀️

This is definitely a must go if you are in Hollister area, a place that you would love to go back , the food and service is really good , we had cafe de olla and we loved it, tasty food “chile verde “ on point! Pancakes with the strawberry jam that you can tell is “home made “ enhanced the flavor! My husband tried the “huevos rancheros “the waitress recommended and he love them. Overall this place is above and beyond our expectations. You will love it! Waitress with a great attitude, great customer service. Ohh! Very clean and cozy place! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
