Places my online order and it was supposed to be ready by 11 am. Walked into the lobby and found a couple people waiting in line and a few guest already ordered. One gal taking orders and the other girl making the orders. The girl making orders was slow. Another worker walks in for her shift and immediately starts chatting with the other 2 girls already on shift. Speed slowed down because now the focus was on their conversation. I saw my bowls being prepped in the blenders and one moves the order over to the fruit staging area. She pours the base into the bowl then places the granola on top and walks away. I approached the counter and ask the girl to kindly finish my order because it's now 1115 and they are topped with granola getting soft and soggy. The efficiency is suffering because the 3 girls are now so focused on their conversation nothing else matters. The employee who started her shift too ktime to put bandaids in a few of her fingers before she helped the floor. When I asked for my order to be finished they then said they ran out of fruit and that the manger was getting more. This was upsetting because my wait time and the fact that my frozen bowl with granola on it was now compromised for how long?? Who knows, no one communicated with any of the customers waiting in the lobby. I asked for a refund at that point. She said can't because the manager wasn't here. I asked her to make me a smoothie. She said what size. I said something comparable to the 10.95 I paid for the bowl? Seriously lacking any customer service BASICS....a sorry, hey it's going to be a minute, we are getting more fruit.... NOTHING! Then to have to nerve to look at me like why am I upset. Basically never shopping at this location. My time is worth money and I expect BASIC service. Perhaps the management/owners invest in a little training or service expectations for their employees because obviously they need to be told how to treat paying customers.

This store has a pattern for being incapable on Doordash since it has opened this location. My business is done ordering from here. Your huge loss.

Amazing staff. Mariah, Bianca and Lauren are the regulars I see. The smoothies always come out right and the atmosphere is always a positive one. I definitely recommend this location over the Gilroy one, it is more modern and the staff are very friendly.

I've had their smoothies a couple of times since it opened, as I was really excited to see it open.
While the consistency of their smoothie is constant, it's not as good as I remember it being when I was younger (think late 2000's). I'm not sure if the recipe has changed, my tastes have changed, or if the paper cup has something to do with it (I do like that they switched from the styrofoam cups, though.) I would recommend buying organic cold-pressed juice from the brand Evolution (which was acquired in 2022 by Bolthouse Farms) readily available nearby, or if you have access, Natalie's organic Orange Juice or something of similar caliber - it will be well worth your dollar.
The service and atmosphere are superb - great energy, and a clean, beautiful store that is sure to attract many.
