Everyone in the afternoon was super sweet and friendly! Went in for a family meal and was super pleased with the food. I also got a lemon cake which was very pleasing as well. Great restaurant

I had 4 wrong orders in the past 2 months. I thought it was just my luck until I decided to check the reviews.
1st time, wrong sides, wrong sandwich... I took that L because i didnt want to drive back. 2nd time, wrong side on my sandwich order, I went back to get it fixed. 3rd time, All 4 large sides were wrong so i drove back across town to get them fixed. 4th time, wrong sandwich order (only this time i learned my lesson and checked as soon as i got out of the drive thru)...WHAT IS GOING ON????
I feel like at this point they probably think I'm lying about my orders being wrong just to get free food, but i swear i only want my stuff done right (and on the first time preferably) 🤣.
After seeing all the other comments i felt the need to share my experience as well. Hopefully a manager or owner sees these comments and fixes the issue. Food is still good, just the lack of awareness is not the best.

The food is what it is. Its not the best but its open late enough for something solid to eat. The food is consistent. The last time we went they forgot pur fries and I think also about two or three visits ago they forgot the fries also. The people are nice even when you go last minute at night. I prefer the crispy chicken over the original recipe. Mash potatoes are definitely from a box. The biscuits are pretty good though. We spent 38.xx on two little meals. Pretty expensive for what it is. I think the best bang for your buck here is the 6.00 spicy chicken sandwich.

The young guy with headphones.... I asked for a side of mayo because they didn't put it on my sandwich, asked him twice. He took his headphones off and asked again. Then he had to go to the back and ask the manager. Then he was STILL confused. I had to yell at the back at his head 4 times for him to acknowledge me after standing there several minutes. No ice, no brisk, $12 of regret

The fries and biscuit taste frozen. They are truly horrible. Chicken was also terrible. Staff seems unhappy. I hope they turn things around for the staff and in turn the customers.

It's a sad day when the coleslaw is the best thing you ate at KFC. The mash potatoes were runny. The chicken was dry and hard like it was sitting there under the heat lamps.
Don't even get me started on the price. 10 piece meal $30 one large mash potatoes $6.49 total $40. I think you should be able to enjoy your food at that price.. what happened to the $20 fill up..
