Then he had to go to the back and ask the manager. Then he was STILL confused. I had to yell at the back at his head 4 times for him to acknowledge me after standing there several minutes. No ice, no brisk, $12 of regret

The fries and biscuit taste frozen. They are truly horrible. Chicken was also terrible. Staff seems unhappy. I hope they turn things around for the staff and in turn the customers.

It's a sad day when the coleslaw is the best thing you ate at KFC. The mash potatoes were runny. The chicken was dry and hard like it was sitting there under the heat lamps.
Don't even get me started on the price. 10 piece meal $30 one large mash potatoes $6.49 total $40. I think you should be able to enjoy your food at that price.. what happened to the $20 fill up..

I usually get a chicken sandwich and it is a big chicken patty but today they just put 2 chicken strips and didn't even ask me if that was okay so they're just like oh there's a chicken strip sandwich instead of actually giving me what I ordered so if they would ask me I would have been cool with that but they didn't ask me they just gave me a chicken strip sandwich. Way less meat. Either you thought I was dumb enough not to notice, too insecure to speak up for myself, or you just didn't care. Anyway you look at it it's just disrespectful. You should have told me you don't have any more chicken sandwiches and gave me the option to either wait for a chicken sandwich or make any choice at all. That's okay I need to stop eating there anyways
Ordered online, came to pick-up. Another customer behind me is given the order while ignoring me and clerk disappeared. Came back after 5 minutes and mumbles something in Spanish. Finally he looks at the order number on my cellphone and gives me my bag. When I ask if forks and sauces are inside he throws in some forks. At home we realize that we have no sauces and the food was almost cold.

12/3/23, I went inside to pickup my order. While waiting at the counter, I couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were clean and so were the food prep areas. When I say clean, I mean spotless. In all my years, I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant so clean. I didn’t keep this to myself. I connected with the manager, Juan and expressed my gratitude. Juan went on to tell me about it being a work in progress, and in the midst of it, I was able to see his passion and how humble he is. KFC is blessed to have a leader like Juan.

Drive through KFC. The food is pretty consistent but it's drove through so of course our order was messed up and we didn't realize until we had driven away.
