I truly want to give more stars but the customer service fluctuates from good to poor and yesterday 8.23 around 205pm , i received poor experience. I had a mobile order with 2 Large smoothies and a double cheeseburger and fries. I received my food first thing and told to go to second window it'd be out soon . Im waiting and waiting at window two for over 5 minutes , no one came to give me a update on how much longer or what was happening , kind you they helped over 6 cars that were behind me and they all got their food and drinks no problem . So I go inside and when I try to explain that ive been waiting , was my order forgotten about , the lead / supervisor answers with attitude saying they had to change out the machine and there's only ONE person so thats why im waiting. Your staffing issues are not the customers problem and if you can give food out in a reasonable time than great , if not than communicate the ETA to the guest so they know what's going on , dont be dissmissive

The food is great . but there’s this guy with fake color eyes contacts. everytime I want to use the restroom he tells me that there broken or some sort. He needs to stop judging a book by its cover, he probably thinks I’m homeless because I go in dirty. Yes I am dirty. It’s because I’m a hard-working guy he plays it after that he never sees me but that’s OK I’ll go somewhere else to go eat

Tuesday night around 9:50 drove thru the drive thru and they forgot to add my fries and I drove home just to find out I was missing food

No soda machine? No refills? Forced to order from kiosk? This Mickey D’s sucks and I will never spend my money there again. Girl was rude when I asked for a refill. I’ll drive to Airline from now on

I dont think McDonald's train their employees on how to be nice to customers. Customer service is very important here. I had a girl who treated me very badly. I told the manager they needed to be nicer, and she told me no one had complained, that I was the only one. She was very rude. I can't believe the managers don't see this either
I just picked up a doordash. Four milkshakes and some french fries and mcnuggets. Why didn't they put all four milkshakes in one bag instead of putting two milkshakes in with the hot food and then two milkshakes separate? Is this common sense? Is this proof that Common Sense doesn't exist anymore? So you got hot food getting cold and milkshakes melting instead of just putting all four milkshakes in the same bag or hey if you want to put two milkshakes in their own bag do that with the other two milkshakes. Put two milkshakes two milkshakes hot food separate it doesn't make sense to me. This does not make any sense at all to me

Except for some of the great people working there. Some of the supervisors or crew leaders, ignore customers, waiting while they are talking about personal things with other employees. Food is sometimes cold. If they don't know you they ignore you.
