I just picked up a doordash. Four milkshakes and some french fries and mcnuggets. Why didn't they put all four milkshakes in one bag instead of putting two milkshakes in with the hot food and then two milkshakes separate? Is this common sense? Is this proof that Common Sense doesn't exist anymore? So you got hot food getting cold and milkshakes melting instead of just putting all four milkshakes in the same bag or hey if you want to put two milkshakes in their own bag do that with the other two milkshakes. Put two milkshakes two milkshakes hot food separate it doesn't make sense to me. This does not make any sense at all to me

Except for some of the great people working there. Some of the supervisors or crew leaders, ignore customers, waiting while they are talking about personal things with other employees. Food is sometimes cold. If they don't know you they ignore you.

I usually have a good experience here but some girl work in the front counter and I see working I mean not working front counter she was doing other stuff but she told the guy that came up to the counter with his little girl that he was just trying to order a cone and he couldn't figure out the machine it wasn't taking his car and she tells him well I can't take orders here really. So called manager at window would not do split transaction. It would have been simple for her to split up my order because my funds were on two separate cards, but she refused, saying they have never been able to do that. However I know that is a lie because you can even split transactions at the kiosks in the lobby. Homegirl just didn't want to do her job. Also had terrible attitude while I was trying to order. She kept interrupting me saying' "Anything else?" Went to the other location across town, and they had no problem assisting me with my two cards. Stear clear of this location if you can y'all.

Good service except when drive thru is slammed. You have to kinda wait to be noticed at the counter. Destiny is the absolute best and Maria. Food has been on the salty side so I just order no salt and it's perfect. Restrooms are kept pretty clean too. I love the music in the morning. I love getting my coffee there in the morning.

Went inside the lobby to order a large fry and large coke. They looked like they were extremely short staffed. After waiting over 25 minutes for my order, I had to ask for a refund since I couldn't wait any longer and it didn't look like my order was coming anytime soon..
