I truly want to give more stars but the customer service fluctuates from good to poor and yesterday 8.23 around 205pm , i received poor experience. I had a mobile order with 2 Large smoothies and a double cheeseburger and fries. I received my food first thing and told to go to second window it'd be out soon . Im waiting and waiting at window two for over 5 minutes , no one came to give me a update on how much longer or what was happening , kind you they helped over 6 cars...

I usually have a good experience here but some girl work in the front counter and I see working I mean not working front counter she was doing other stuff but she told the guy that came up to the counter with his little girl that he was just trying to order a cone and he couldn't figure out the machine it wasn't taking his car and she tells him well I can't take orders here really. Good service except when drive thru is slammed. You have to kinda wait to be noticed at the counter. Destiny is the absolute best and Maria. Food has been on the salty side so I just order no salt and it's perfect. Restrooms are kept pretty clean too. I love the music in the morning. I love getting my coffee there in the morning.
