Dropped 25$ on food only to be kicked out for something I didn't do. I am truly ashamed of how mcdonolds treat us common folk

Got a double cheeseburger and a medium fry but when I open up the fries there was a hair in them. Short straight hair and mine is long and curly. I was really really super nice about it I went up to the counter and I said hey look there's a hair in my fries I just want a new one. She just Fry's out of the bag and I asked her to take the bag too can you just throw it all away and she just turned around after I called her back to take the bag and she grabbed at my house they're in the trash whatever comes back with another French fry. She never wants to say thank you or I'm sorry or I apologize for what happened and I was never ever mean I was very nice in fact the person standing at the counter seemed like he was going to make stink about it and I said you know what I'm not worried about it cuz I worked in restaurants all my life and I know that s*** happens. So I stopped that guy from making a stink I didn't make a stink and this girl couldn't say one single word to me. She did not say one single word. You know maybe she's not the right person for the front counter. And you know what maybe he's not the right person for a supervisor. Her name is Karen I asked someone what her name was she's wearing a white shirt brown hair glasses. I was nice and respectful you know what really sucks if I hadn't been a total you know what I could have gotten free food and stuff out of you guys but I couldn't even get one single word when I was polite?! Learn how to deal with business or do something different please

Fifth time going this McDonald’s. ALWAYS have to wait for the simplest items. Today I ordered on the app to avoid this and still waited ten minutes.
Also they ALWAYS forget one of our items and today again they forgot an item.
No apologies for the wait from the staff … they always serve with an attitude.
Probably never going back to this location. Might have to try the one on San Felipe from now on.

People that work here are really nice and they're busting their butt but you're not giving them enough help to make it work. You are setting them up for failure by not hiring more people. Hire more full time hire some adults. Higher people with the sense of urgency. Higher people that have worked in kitchens. You have a ton of people waiting in the dining room.You have a ton of people waiting for doordash. The main focus is the drive through. And I understand that but I also hear the people in the dining room who are not coming back because of this Fiasco that your restaurant is becoming. I'm guessing the management.Thought that since you don't need so many people at the front desk you would cut hours?? You mean more people NOW. I'm about.
To stop accepting doordash orders from mcdonald's. And that's how I make my money.So imagine how a customer he's trying to spend their money Is gonna make choices from now on
Good place when you're a little lazy to cook for yourself, plus the prices are still quite reasonable and I advise you to create an account on the application in order to earn points. Cano can earn a lot of them quite quickly.
Service level very few errors made in orders and very friendly staff.
Parking: Large free parking lot near the restaurant, so it is very easy to find space.

Most of the employees are not very friendly. You don’t get greeted or thanked. Nobody can take orders right. I used to work at a McDonald’s sometimes without sleep and I would still take orders just fine. You can tell employees are on their phones especially in the drive thru

They do not know what goes on in the app or the store, came for the meal deal and couldn't tell me if I was going to get the meal deal or not they kept trying to take my order but wanted to charge me more even though they had a special going on.
