We went in before closing of the store and as I reached the cashier I asked for gram crackers to top my younger and she refused to serve me, she was angry that we were even there and mentioned that they were closing so no we weren't getting any , it was being put away and that it's been a long day as is. Wow! As long as doors are open and I'm paying, I expect a service not an excuse.

Unethical tipping demanded for no service. Yogurt is already really overpriced to begin with ( they do not tare the cups so you are charged for that too) and the cashier gave the uncomfortable stare down while navigating the pay screen. There is actually no option to not leave a tip ! Super shady. "Tip" for the business- Change your tip screen to have a no tip option and don't expect /demand/ stare down customers to tip on overpriced yogurt that they self served. Won't come back -but we collectively need to stop the STEALING that happens with automated tipping screens . response to owner respnse: thanks for changing the interface after the fact i drew attention to the tip screen!

No air conditioning. On a hot day, it's terrible. Flavors are ok. I prefer the toppings from pink berry. It's all self serve

I try to stay away because it's easy to get carried away. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and machines are always in service. After filling your cup up with your favorite flavor/flavors, it's time to top it off. So many toppings to choose from it's hard to pick just one. I go a little crazy with the gummy bears and rock candy. Keep in mind, they weigh your cup in the end, prices are based on weight. The women whose there all the time is so friendly! I never feel rushed or judged. Cute inside dinning, outside would be nice if they asked the locals to smoke cigarettes elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE going to Tutti Frutti for my FroYo fix. It is my favorite treat for self-care and time with friends. Today - Lunch - lol. The owners are super kind, the flavors change and are all so delicious - full flavor, full body and some are non-fat (if not all). Lots of toppings you can add yourself. The store is easy to use and always clean. I am so grateful to have Tutti Frutti in San Carlos!

The best snow I've had in this area. I came here for the first time today and I will definitely be back. The service is excellent and professional. The lady very friendly and helpful.They have a very extensive menu and a wide variety of snacks.I recommend this place 100%The location is excellent. Thank you

I came here on a whim due to my sweets craving and I'm glad I did. I got strawberry and passion fruit froyo topped with mochi, strawberries and some walnuts. The strawberry was very mild, tasting like most other frozen yogurt places but the passion fruit was really good. It was tart, balancing out the sweetness of the strawberry. The mochi added a little chew to it and the walnuts are always good on any frozen yogurt. It is a little pricy here at 72 cents an oz so I paid $7.20 total for my yogurt. Overall, it really hits the spot though.

Most people probably wouldn't need to read or leave a review for a chain froyo joint, as you most likely know what product you're getting. That being said, I had to leave a shout out to the staff at the San Carlos Tutti Frutti for excellent customer service. Without going into too many details, they (the manager I believe) were willing to make accommodations for my girlfriend who is currently undergoing treatment for a medical condition. They didn't have to, and were certainly making an exception for us. Thank you again for making your customers feel valued and taken care of!

I LOVE FROYO, this place seemed very dim and sad compared how lively San Carlos is and the neighboring restaurants. No indoor seating? But Starbucks across from them is Full service. Yogurt was grainy and Tart seemed watered down. Topping bar was ok nothing out of this world. Out door seating was old and worn out.
