The shaved ice is the best I've had. Such a unique ice cream, honestly. The atmosphere is very unique as well.

But the service is kind of bad. I think they need more workers there. There was only one guy working and he was very rude. Asking for plastic spoons instead of the wooden ones he almost threw them at me. He got desperate when asking questions about the menu. I understand he was overwhelmed though, given that he was the only worker and he had a lot of orders.

We hired Ohana's for a wedding for our client! I was very pleased with their communication, service and set up throughout the entire process! On the day of they were on time and ready for service! Everyone greatly enjoyed having them there! It was absolutely delicious! Definitely will hire again!

Pedro and Karina provided the most tasty addition to our son's birthday. Their family is so sweet as their delectable shave ice . Karina was so hopeful by helping me pick the right package for his party. It was very last minute three days before his party and they made it happen . The Shave ice completed His birthday party everyone enjoyed it.

On my first experience I only got milk tea, the flavor was Matcha. At first I didn’t like the flavor as I’m used to sweet matcha from other places. I’ve come to realize that they may use real matcha, which is great because having the real thing is way more better than having something that is 70% sugar and not much matcha. I also heard the acai bowl is great. Overall, I loved the atmosphere of this place as it reminded me of the beach! I haven’t tried the shaved ice yet, but for sure will when I come back to visit!

Kid-friendliness: There is an arcade looking machine to your right when you enter, which is very cool! The tables were like surf boards, I love that.

Had Obana host our company family picnic. They were amazing to communicate with and easy to schedule with as I only booked a week in advance. Flavors were great and added ice cream was amazing! Definitely recommend

Love their peanut butter acai bowl. It's so good and one odlf my favorite things to get. Their dole whip is amazing too.
