Kai Ohana Shave Ice and Creamy is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a tropical paradise, with the scent of freshly shaved ice and creamy delights wafting through the air.Let's start with the star of the show. The shave ice. Each mound of finely shaved ice is a work of art, delicately crafted to perfection. From classic favorites like strawberry and blue raspberry to exotic blends like passion fruit and lychee, there's something to tantalize every taste. Kai Ohana takes it to the next level by offering creamy toppings that elevate the shave ice to a whole new level of flavor. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready with a smile. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, you're treated like family from the moment you walk in.

Pedro and Karina provided the most tasty addition to our son's birthday. Their family is so sweet as their delectable shave ice . Karina was so hopeful by helping me pick the right package for his party. It was very last minute three days before his party and they made it happen . The Shave ice completed His birthday party everyone enjoyed it.

On my first experience I only got milk tea, the flavor was Matcha. At first I didn’t like the flavor as I’m used to sweet matcha from other places. I’ve come to realize that they may use real matcha, which is great because having the real thing is way more better than having something that is 70% sugar and not much matcha. I also heard the acai bowl is great. Overall, I loved the atmosphere of this place as it reminded me of the beach! I haven’t tried the shaved ice yet, but for sure will when I come back to visit!Kid-friendliness: There is an arcade looking machine to your right when you enter, which is very cool! The tables were like surf boards, I love that.

Had Obana host our company family picnic. They were amazing to communicate with and easy to schedule with as I only booked a week in advance. Flavors were great and added ice cream was amazing! Definitely recommend

Pedro and Karina "Patty" provided the most tasty addition to our son's birthday on his visit home from grad school in Hawaii. Their family is as sweet as their delectable shave ice and ice cream. They brought true aloha and Ohana to our family and neighborhood gathering. Mahalo!

Let me share what we recently experienced but let me also add that we have been coming here for years and loved this place. We walk in and the lady behind the register looks mad and irritated and doesn't say anything. We proceed to order two shaved ices and watch her and the young man making them.As they are in the process, I notice that neither one of them are wearing gloves, yet they are handling the ice with their bare hands after touching the cash register and other areas.Let me remind you that aside from Covid, there is still germs going around and the last thing we want is for our ice being handled by someone not wearing food prep gloves. After debating if I should say anything, I finally told my wife I need to mention it to her, so I asked the worker why they weren't using gloves. She stood there with a blank look on her face and didn't say a word, so I asked her for a refund. No explanation and no apologies whatsoever.Once I got my refund, she proceeds to follow us out and slams the business door shut and locks it. Very professional lady SMHTo the owners: Customer service goes a long way and this individual lacks or understands what that means. As for handling the block of ice for the shaved ice and prepping the shaved ice with your BARE hands, that's a BIG no no and completely unacceptable. This place will not last with service like that and that's unfortunate. I just hope others pay attention to how their stuff is being prepped
