My husband and I often order takeout at their house. I think their service attitude is particularly good, and the food is also very clean and hygienic

I've been coming to this place around the time it opened (about 4 years), and both the food and service never disappointed me. The service is quick and great. They make sure your bowl is made right, just like they have done mine for 4 years. The food is also great, especially after 4 years. Even after going to other Poki places, none can compare and compete with Poki Bowl. The other places I've been to made it complicated to order. At Poki Bowl, however, it's simple and extremely easy, especially for newcomers. I'd recommend anyone who loves seafood or sushi to come to this franchise, especially the one in Hollister. It's worth the money.Vegetarian options: Rice, Tofu, Avocado, etc.

This is the best poki bowl location! They have better sauces here and other options other locations don’t have! I noticed the service at all the locations are so amazing! This place definitely needs to have more locations!

I can’t speak on their food (I know that’s ironic) but I just got their Thai Tea with Boba and loved it! We don’t have so many places in town that sell milk teas so I was excited when I saw their sign outside marketing milk teas. I get Thai tea often and I’d say this one is a bit sweeter than I’m used to but it was great. The workers were all nice and welcomed me right when I walked in. Im not a fish person so I’d likely never try the food but I will return for the milk tea!

Fresh and nice poke place in Hollister. Good fish portions for the price, and some Japanese drinks you can purchase as well. There are not a lot of comfortable places to sit, so this is definitely more of a grab and go place.

My teens love it because it's fresh and healthy when they get bored in home. One in Hollister seems to be there favourite.

Decent and quick poke place. Everything tasted good, but they lose points for less topping options than other poke places i e been to. Still was able to enjoy some tasty poke

Much as I love Poki, I'd put off trying this place because the reviews weren't that great. Then my sister in law said that Hollister-ites are notorious for giving bad reviews, so I decided to find out for myself how good the Poki Bowl was.The bowl tasted great, the flavors were good, and I enjoyed it. The staff knew what they were doing, and put together a great combination just the way I had ordered it.What I didn't like were the quantities and the pricing. I understand prices are going up, etc., etc., but for almost $20, you could be a little more generous with the contents. Ironically, I thought the fish amounts were fair, and although not super generous, it was adequate. What seemed so chintzy were the toppings. Come on, how hard is it to add some variety to the bowl in addition to the protein? The cucumber was good, but not nearly enough to cover the entire entree. Same with the crispy onions. Charging extra for the "good" toppings was unfair - after spending over $20 for a bowl (with tax and tip) you can't add a little bit of guacamole or egg without asking for another $1.50 each? The worst was charging for the seaweed - is it that expensive? The only topping they were generous with was the ginger - in my opinion they added too much.As for the sauces, I'm not sure if they put much on or not - I really couldn't taste it because the spicy tuna overpowered any other flavors. Not that I'm complaining. My favorite Poki place is in a high priced area of LA - and their bowls are less expensive than Hollister, and they are generous with their toppings. I'd like to make the Poki Bowl a regular stop, but first I'd like to see a little more value for the money.
