It’s been over 2 hours since I ordered my food and it still has not been delivered. I called 30 mins ago and was told it should be on its way now. No one is answering the phone now. Horrible service!

SLOW. When they say 5-10 minutes, count on 45+. The town needs another round table so there is some competition and a reason to try to do better. They have a monopoly on good pizza in this town and act like it. 30 people running around with their heads planted, unable to do anything in a timely manner!!

Tonight has not been my best experience. I went out to eat with family, first we had asked the cashier if he could clean a dirty table with trash and dishes everywhere in the party section only for him to say he didnt have time to clean the table. So i asked for a rag to clean it myself, so i had to pick up everything from the table and take it to the cashier area. So when we had finshed eating around 8:30 and they had started to clean up the party area and putting chairs up on the tables. As they were cleaning they had taken food off of our table we were planning to take home without even asking. After they just stood there looking at us waiting for us to leave So they could pick up the rest of chairs in the section. Meanwhile the other 75% of the restaurant had been remained untouched. So i go to ask the manager what time they close and to explain the situation and the only thing he responded with is that they dont kick/rush people out. We recieved absolutely no apologies from the employees nor the manager.

I just ordered delivery from here and the food was good but the issue i have was i ordered a double play pepperoni and got regular pepperoni. My wife just gave birth and we are at the Hazel Hawkins Birthing Center, I called and talked to someone and they said they could send out another pizza mind but you it's already 11pm and we would have to wait another 45 minutes. I just wanted some credit towards my next purchase or even a gift card or something. There was no miscommunication when ordering, they were cutting corners and when it came to do the right thing they fell short. They need to work on their customer service when they make a wrong and make it right. Date 8/2/2025 time of call 10:37 PM

I understand it was the beginning of a weekend and it gets busy, so I didn’t mind waiting in line. Though It’s finally my turn and a guy walks up out of no where and the cashier has the audacity to help him before me. That’s one. Two; the ridiculously over-priced ranch is insane. To charge $1.30 for a small cup of ranch shows how completely shameless they are to slap outrageous prices on tiny items. McDonald’s and Burger King don’t even overprice their sauces like that and they’re the same portion size. Just goes to show how less they could care for the promise of returning customers and more on making a quick buck.
