Motorcycle guy always super nice. The other chick with the long straight hair that was working tonight not so much. I'm just there picking up doordash so I'm not going to complain about the food but, I was told to go to Saladworks because there is an order. It's a really bad order, literally a couple of dollars. I didn't want to take it but I did. Yes we do have to take orders we don't want to take sometimes because doordash plays games like that. But anyways, I get a message from Saladworks that the order is ready. And even though I was already in the parking lot I have to start my car up and go over there. I would have waited until the order was ready if I hadn't known that it was not ready. But they told me it was ready in a text message. So I start my car and I go over there and I go inside (car running outside because it's literally just a quick in and out ) and the lady says that it's not ready yet. So I said okay, well I just got a text message saying that it was ready and instead of her saying I'm sorry that was a mistake or just being a nice person about it she was short and snotty and said it was still going to be a couple of minutes. And I understand things happen and she could have said hey it's not ready yet I made a mistake but she did not. She made me feel like a jerk because I stated that the text message said it was ready. Do you see the problem in that? She had to hit a button saying it was ready. If it's not ready don't hit that button.

I stopped here after shopping because a salad sounded good well not what 20 dollars should be. First off the chicken in my salad was very tough and not easy to chew and the salad was already brown plus the customer service not nice either so for the amount of money you can go somewhere else for the price.

Saladworks repeatedly cancels our DoorDash order. When asked why they say is DoorDash. When we ask DoorDash, DoorDash says is the merchant payment and order system. Another answer has been, your order is too big, could you please order directly through our website. My understanding is that DoorDash charges the merchant to be part of the system, so if you don’t want to be on DoorDash why are you on DoorDash?in the rare occasion that they do accept the order, they mistake the orders big time. Many times without labeling, or simply sending the wrong items, items to which you are paying and many times an overpriced, specially on group orders.Stay away!

Walked in to order dark greens and grains only to be told they were out of grains and they would need to make more. Had do you not anticipate the need of grains? Selected green mix salad with five ingredients. After I got home I realized after I ate half of it what was left was rotted salad leafs. So unfortunately for me I realized I ate alot of rotted salad. The leafs were blackened, soggy and smelled spoiled. I included a picture of a handful of what I didn't throw in the garbage. Pretty disappointed because I payed close to $15.50 for my salad oy to throw most of it in the garbage.
