Our server Lauren was amazing and so polite allowing us to eat before they closed. Never had a bad meal there.

The food is thoughtfully prepared and very high quality. Nothing frozen or reheated in a microwave. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner have always been excellent!

Ate here for brunch. Their menu has a lot of delicious options and healthy ones too. I ordered an eggs benedict (my usual order wherever I eat) with fruits on the side and a hot chocolate with no whip. The food was really good though the ham was kind of salty for my tastebuds. I still love it and finished everything hence the 5 stars. The ambiance is really nice and has a lot of seating places. Will be back here to try a different food.?

My husband and I ate a big breakfast in San Jose and then headed down to Pinnacles National Park southeast of Carmel for a beautiful hike through the unusual hills and rock formations. On the way back, we were starving, so I searched Yelp as always. Neither one of us felt like Mexican food, and Mexican restaurants were abundant.I typed in Hollister, and Seabrisa's popped up. It looked good, and seafood was on our minds. On the way down in the morning, I had mentioned the old joke that pilots of small aircraft fly to different airports to have lunch. That's really what a lot of them seem to do. The restaurants are usually surprisingly good. The Yelp description didn't mention Seabrisa's is an airport restaurant, so we were happily surprised and smiling as we drove up. That's exactly what it is.The staff are SO friendly, cheerful, and helpful. It was a pleasure to dine there. It's in a very unassuming small building with two dining areas separated by a wall. There's outdoor seating on the screened in patio, too.I ordered the parmesan encrusted halibut with lemon caper sauce (mmmm), and a baked potato, and my husband ordered the chioppino. We were both very happy with the flavors and generous portion sizes. It's very rare for us not to have leftovers to take home, especially with the size of these two dishes. But with the hiking, no lunch, and no easy way to use the leftovers in the hotel, we both ate every bite. Our server reminded us they serve breakfast every day and invited us to come back when we're in the area. Unfortunately, we don't get up that way very often. He gave us a take-home menu, which we'll give to our cousin because she was born and raised in Hollister, which I didn't know until I found the restaurant.Vegetarian options: Mostly fish, BUT..... Portabello mushroom burger, roasted veggie sandwich, veggie or cheese quesadilla, deep-fried artichoke, grilled cheese sandwich, seasonal veggie omelette, "fitness" omelette.Parking: Not paved but in good shape

Had the two salmon tacos. The salsa was so tasty and a few tortilla chips came on the side. They offered a lettuce wrap instead of tortillas but we opted for the tortillas. Nice patio with succulent plants although it was too cold for us. Good friendly service. Good prices too. Located at the Hollister Airport.

While on my morning run today I found this restaurant and came back for lunch. The service was excellent from the very beginning and everyone had a smile. The 3 Taco Salmon Blackened Fish Tacos was delicious and veggies in it tasted fresh. It reminded of how the food in Europe tastes. While I’m in town might have to come back for dinner.

Excellent spot for lunch and breakfast.Situated inside a small airfield, enjoy a great meal while watching small planes takeoff and land. The food is outstanding! The atmosphere is superb.I drive two hours just to enjoy the crab cakes benedict with polenta and an iced tea. It’s that good ?

They had "Cannelloni ricotta and spinach" as a daily special without any price reported. Food wasn't bad, it came with 1 (ONE) Cannelloni and 2 (TWO) shrimps. Total? $45!!! Absolutely overpriced!!
