Ordered a kids meal and a double smash. The double was perfect and the kids meal burger was completely raw. Hit or miss, goods burgers when cooked right. Need better ranch dressing!!!

Overall, before I get into this review, I would like to say we probably eat there 1 maybe 2 times a month and although overpriced and the portions for some of the sides are not great. It’s usually not this bad.
Tonight though my wife went there and ordered two burgers and two sides and spent probably around $40 not sure exactly since I haven’t checked the receipt yet.
Moving forward after 50 minutes her order was still not ready and she called me to ask what to do so I told her just cancel and will order something else but right when she went to speak with the supervisor, her order was coming up so she kept it.
My concern is her having to wait 50 minutes in a burger joint for it to go order and I understand they were busy and I managed a restaurant for 10 years and understand situations have been like maybe broken equipment or maybe shortstaffed for whatever reason but in the situation like this when they’re that busy have a sign on the door or by the register inform customers of the wait time so they have a choice if they want to still order or not. minimum the person taking the order should also let her know that there’s an extremely long wait time for whatever reason before even taking the order.
To make it worse when we get home and look at her side order of brussels sprouts they were extremely small and on top of that when she spoke to the supervisor or whoever handed her food about the time, although he was not mean, he seemed like he didn’t care.
In my opinion, I probably wouldn’t recommend ordering the brussels sprouts or some of their sides if they’re going to be that small and as far as the burgers go, don’t go on a Saturday Night!!!!

The food's okay, It's not great. I was just excited cuz they had a barbecue bacon burger with onion rings on the menu and I went to Carl's Jr today and they were closed... Anyhow I expected this to be great because I don't know it's smashburger and it was 10 bucks.. The bacon on the hamburger is that super thin processed precooked bacon you get frozen So there's already that factor. That bacon just makes everything taste like that highly processed kind of fake tasting bacon. It's just yucky. Plus I ordered the burger on the app drove two blocks and it was ready when I walked in the door so I'm guessing it was precooked? Because it was dry. It wasn't my favorite and I probably won't be back. Don't get me wrong it's not the first time I've ever been to smashburger I've been there before and the hamburger wasn't like that but I had to smash tots with my sister and they were really oily. I don't know some other people might like that but it's just not for me

Nice friendly place but a shame there aren't more options for vegetarians.
Food is great, but more pricey then it has been in years. Service is zombified too. Cashier didn't realize what I said cause his brain was on automatic, which was surprising. Atmosphere is okay, but unimpressive to be honest. Decor is also just...dull. Not bad, not amazing either unfortunately.

This was my first time eating at Smashburger, I had a single patty Colorado. I have to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.. My only complaint was the price. Large, drink fries and the burger was 18.00..I would definitely eat there again..
