I visited this morning around 10:30 AM and ordered a cup of tea and a pastry. I waited over 10 minutes for the pastry, but never received my tea. Normally, I would let this slide, but this is the second time it’s happened to me. It seems like every time I order tea, it doesn’t get processed properly in the system. I’ve even tipped both times, yet I’m left waiting with no urgency, while mobile orders or more complicated drinks are prioritized. This is beyond frustrating, and at this point, I feel like I’m owed something—whether it’s a refund or an explanation.

Ordered a simple hot chocolate, it was terrible idk whats so hard about making one took years off my lif in the drive thru def going to dutch next time.

This place sucks, ruined my day bc they didn’t make a good peppermint mocha. Sad, I know. Just trying to get into the holiday spirit but I’ll have to wait until next year. They also forgot to put the whip cream. Btw not trolling

The staff here are always super friendly and the drinks taste great — no complaints there. But the drive-thru wait times are rough. Both last week and again today I found myself sitting in line for 20–30 minutes, even at times when the lot didn’t look that busy.
It’s really frustrating because the line just loops around the building, stalls for a long time, then suddenly moves quickly, then stalls again. I’ve seen cars ahead of me give up and leave. Inside the store, 7–8 people ahead of me usually takes 10–15 minutes, but in the drive-thru the same number of cars turns into double that.
I’ll give credit where it’s due — staff apologized for the wait, and they are always polite. But the drive-thru system here really needs improvement.

Super rude girl working there tonight between 8:30-9. I work in food so i deal with costumers everyday especially people coming in after placing an order so i get the frustration and would normally say “your order just came through not too long ago so we’ll try to have that ready for you as soon as possible” just to ensure the costumers and keep them happy BUT i would never tell a customer “for future references try to come 5 minutes after you place an order” and then slam the window that is so rude and so unprofessional. You don’t get to tell a customer when they can and can’t come in. I didn’t mind waiting for my one drink it was no problem at all especially since there were 3 cars in front of me waiting as well but there was no need for the really bad attitude and rude remark. I come in often and never had a problem with any of the workers there they’re usually super nice so i don’t think it’s management that doesn’t know how to train their workers i think some people just need to have a better attitude especially working in costumer service.

I’m in the middle of a long urgent work session and Sara and Javi just went above and beyond. They made not just my drink, but my entire day! Will definitely be coming back because of these two.

This place is horrible! There has not been one time that I have gone in there and gotten good customer service. All the girls that work there during the night have a horrible attitude and act like the drinks they are making are coming out of their checks. I went in today and ordered a grande drink and right off the bat i noticed the girls attitude when taking my order. I pulled up to the window after waiting for ten minutes behind one car and was handed a small instead. I then proceeded to politely let the employee know that i had order a grande and the girl looked very annoyed when i asked her to remake the drink. She then comes back 30 seconds later saying she remade it and i said that there was no way that was remade and the girl said she had the same exact one already made which was obviously a lie because i had a complicated order. They had just filled up my cup with ice in a grande cup and called it a day. The staff here is horrible and act like they are working some rigorous job and can’t even make one drink correctly. Bad management as well who doesn’t know how to correct their employees.

today at around 8pm I went through this exact Starbucks drive thru. I ordered two drinks, a light ice matcha with added classic syrup and a hot chocolate. not only did the line take over 20 minutes, but both my drinks disappointed me. my matcha was bitter and the hot chocolate wasn’t even half way filled up. i didn’t want to waste my money/time so i went in and politely asked for some syrup and more hot chocolate. the girl working there, I believe she was wearing a ponytail, insisted on remaking the drinks instead. when she gave me my matcha it was filled to the brim with ice, I’m not exaggerating either. on top of that my hot chocolate was cold. I should’ve got a refund. don’t trust that young girl with the ponytail smh. how disrespectful. 3/30

This review probably will not even be acknowledged. However, I find it extremely frustrating that a daily customer that is also law enforcement asks to use the restroom before getting his coffee and she absolutely cannot give him the code until he purchases his coffee. Unbelievable. Do better.
