The staff here are always super friendly and the drinks taste great — no complaints there. But the drive-thru wait times are rough. Both last week and again today I found myself sitting in line for 20–30 minutes, even at times when the lot didn’t look that busy.

It’s really frustrating because the line just loops around the building, stalls for a long time, then suddenly moves quickly, then stalls again. I’ve seen cars ahead of me give up and leave....
