As I am a former Starbucks employee and on vacation. I was extremely shocked at the service at this location in Hollister CA. I clearly made my order which came to $8.50. She gave me 1.25 back. It’s simple math, yet no attention to detail which is extremely important when having a cash handling job! I didn’t receive my complete order and when I asked her to correct the order I received a disrespectful response as if I was an inconvenience.
I spend a few hundred dollars a month between my family of 4, coffee meetings and gift cards. I am a customer that will NOT accept this disrespect as I am a valued customer and here I am to speak my experience.
Starbucks trains on standards like:
Efficiency and knowledge: Employees are responsible for handling orders and payments efficiently and must be knowledgeable about the menu.
Also,
Positive interaction: Partners are expected to be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about menu items to ensure a positive customer experience.
With this in mind Starbucks pays enough for their employees to fill these standards.

Staff refused to give me a sleeve for my tall mocha arguing the only give you one if you get a venti size . What?
I usually prefer this location over the one on Airline, but this time the experience was really disappointing. The drive-thru staff, especially the girl taking my order, was extremely rude and had a major attitude. She seemed reluctant to get my order right, I asked for extra vanilla sweet cold foam, and she told me she wouldn’t add it or fill it up due to some policy about the “bridge of the cup.” I don’t work at Starbucks, so I was confused, especially since I was charged $1.25 for it. I also asked for light ice, but I think out of spite she gave me a ton of ice. She didn't hand me the drink herself, someone else gave it to me and without making eye contact said, “Here you go,” in a rude tone.
Customer service was very bad. I dont think i'll be coming to this location any time soon.
Very nice staff and great drinks! The woman with dark hair working around 530pm was super nice and I appreciate the great customer service! Keep it up Starbucks!

Service was very slow. Two customers inside waited 10 minutes while the staff made 15 preorder drinks that sat on the counter for people that were not there.
I do not live here in Hollister, we are here for a band competition and wanted Starbucks and use the restroom. My son wanted a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino but Donna took the order incorrectly and made a caramel. When correcting her on our order she question me if I was sure what I ordered. Not tipping or going here again. Do not recommend this location.

Everything is just so Busy there that it disrupts the employees so much. It's not the employee it's the busyness so my hat off to yall. Now hire more workers and vamonos,u know America is always in a hurry!
