Courtney from The Chaste Cupcake was quick to respond, willing to accommodate a relatively short turnaround time (3 days), and was so communicative/ considerate to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Also have to point out that her business using online forms and texts was sooooo helpful so I could plan and get back to her during the hours that worked best for me, after work, etc. We got 12 Earl Grey Tea and 12 Churro cupcakes. Earl Grey blew my family away-- a unique flavor that tasted like tea but way better in cake form! It wasn't overly sweet so my family members that don't have a sweet tooth just didn't eat all the lemon frosting and thought it was perfect. I thought the flavor would be too "weird" for the kiddos but they gobbled them up too. The churro cupcakes were a given... freaking perfect and a must for any order! Texture was perfect for both flavors.

I received my cupcakes today and I couldn't be happier. Courtney put a lot of amazing detail into our Halloween theme cupcakes. Both the orange cream with vanilla cake and salted peanut with chocolate cake taste heavenly and pair so well together. These cupcakes definitely brought a huge smile to my daughters face. Love love love! I had originally placed an order with a larger mail order company for holiday goodies. There was a HUGE issue, and the order didn’t come. I was in a bind, and decided to search for a local bakery. TCC came up so I gave it a shot. 100% glad I did. We ordered on Monday for pick up the day before Christmas. Totally expected a reply saying it was too late to order. Courtney was amazing. She called to confirm, ask some questions rather than assume what I wanted, and was basically a dream. I ordered a dozen: 4 each of red velvet with vanilla buttercream, Vanilla bean with strawberry buttercream (my personal favorite), and the flavor of the month Mexican hot chocolate with cinnamon vanilla buttercream.10/10 would definitely order (and recommend) again! We ordered the Piña Colada Pride cupcakes and they tasted just as amazing as they looked, a few family members had more than one which never happens. The Chaste Cupcake was incredibly accommodating and professional, we will definitely be ordering all of our cupcakes here from now on!

We heard about these cupcakes and just had to try them and we are so glad we did. These aren't your ordinary Cupcake, there are so moist and so delicious. I love them all but my very favorite is the churro cupcake!! The top is crunchy like a churro but once you take a bit the inside is so soft and moist. If you haven't had the chance to try Chaste Cupcake your missing out.

If you know anyone in Hollister that enjoys cupcakes don’t hesitate to order some from The Chaste Cupcake. After I placed my order , Courtney called me to ask if my friend had a favorite color . Not really knowing a favorite color I told her that my friend was kind of a country girl, simple and fun. She assured me that she would decorate the cupcakes appropriately. She even sent me a photo before she delivered them. They turned out perfect. My friend loved them. She even told me that she may or may not have consumed 4 of them in 1 day. Do yourself a favor and order some cupcakes today.
Cupcakes are really good. Sourdough bread is phenomenal.
