Worst place In hollister only thing that’s great about this place is the fact they over pour on the booze to help me forget I’m right by the highway like a stop and go, love seeing drunk servers the highest purest form of entertainment there. Soul kiss is an amazing band will only go back to see

I’ve stopped here several times to chill and grab a bite and drink on the way to or from and it has never disappointed.Last few times though it’s been closed ?

Not open like a typical restaurant. Kid servers are subpar, food is ok, drinks are ok. Far to many white people though. They should bring entertainment for a more diverse crowd.

The ambience is what its all about. Yes the food is good, a bit pricey for what you get. If you come for lunch or an early dinner, it's a good experience. Be careful coming on the weekends during busy dinner times. Expect longer wait times and scarce service. The fireplace at each table is a plus. It makes the outdoor dining tolerable since it's so cold. Having the fire there is what makes it memorable.

We have come to this restaurant many times in the previous years, but we were disappointed to learn that it has changed. We ordered the calamari, pepperoni pizza and the butter burger. The harsh truth is that they all tasted like bland, poorly seasoned, frozen food.The only reason we are giving it two stars is because the waitress was really nice and attentive. Great vibe, good live music, good drink selection, but do yourself a favor and pass on the food.

Just on the outskirts of Hollister you will find this amazing gem! The Grove offers delightful appetizers like their Poblano Dip, Street Corn Guac and delectable dishes like the Fiesta Bowl, and Shortie Rice! Each dip comes with a tray of crispy savory chips to share with the entire table.The cooks are magicians because the food came out so quickly which was great because we were ravenous. The atmosphere is also so charming and family friendly.I’m so glad to have this restaurant in my new home town without having to drive to San Jose. Absolutely highly recommended and will be going back for more.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff are really friendly. I believe all the seating is outdoors which is nice when it's not too hot outside. My 2 main issues are the parking lot and the food. The actual parking lot with parking spaces is small, then they have overflow parking which is over this really hard black gravel that sucks to walk on... And the food selection is limited imo. While the Pizza I ordered was good, I only ordered it because of lack of options. But I feel like their main attraction is the seating arrangement, drinks & entertainment. They have a stage that's really nice for bands and they also have music playing in between bands. It has a decent sized dance floor that gets packed as more drinks flow. If you're more into bar atmosphere than restaurant this is the place for you, just get there early and eat something before you arrive.

We come here frequently to see the band Soul Kiss. It is such a lovely outdoor venue. Sitting under the twinkling lights, firepit going, dancing and music. Our last 3 visits we happened to have the same server, Austin. Such a wonderful young man. Nice and attentive, but not bothersome. I am liking that we no longer stand in a long line inside to order, but I don't like that we can't specify how we want a burger cooked. Ridiculous. And please bring back the cheeseburger pizza!

Chef Matt and assistant Hector did a terrific job with our food. The carne asada fries were to die for! Loved the chicken wings too, not greasy at all and cooked well with whatever rub they use, didn't even need sauce. The pizza was great also we got the meat one and was done perfectly. The watermelon sugar drink hit the spot after a long day. This is a spot worth coming to again and again. The atmosphere was super lively and the only thing that would have made it much better is if we had gone on a day that a live band was playing. Thank you Team at The Grove!!

Went for a dear friend's birthday...had nit been there before. Considering today's Covid world they seemed to have things pretty well sorted out...and the food was great! Looking forward to going there with my friend when things get more back to normal.

Atmosphere was nice. Our server Austin was very attentive but I have to say the food was unsatisfactory. My kale salad was mostly yellow in color and the chicken was tough like shoe leather. Our pizzas we a little flavorful but the crust was very tough. My glass of wine was great!It’s sad because when we moved to Hollister 5 years ago we would visit The Grove every other week and loved it. It is just not the same.

Food was good. Nice variety to choose from. Service was a tad slow but it was busy. Server was very friendly but not knowledgeable on wine selection.

Nice outdoor seating area...they have water mist along the wall and feels nice on a hot day. Food was good and drinks were perfect. Service was wonderful!

Three cheese pizza was great. I was there in a group of 16, so several appetizers and meals were tried. I think everyone enjoyed their food and our servers were both good. Prices were reasonable. The outdoor dining area under the olive trees is beautiful and there were misters, which was nice on a hot day.

We visited The Grove by Leal Vineyards for my husband Peter's birthday and rreceived exceptional service, from mouthwatering delicious food, great wine to their respectful courteous staff. This place is a must visit. They will go above and beyond to make any occassion memorable for you. The manager Luis is the most genuine person and he truly takes costomer service to the next level.
