5 years ago, this place was not great. Not sure when, but I heard there was a change of owner and/or chef. Now, the food is absolutely delicious! Hole in the wall chinese restaurant located in the same car sales lot. Don't judge its book by its cover. Although the interior and exterior are not great to look at, once you get your food, it'll be all worth it. Highly recommend the honey chicken, mongolian beef, house chowmein, and definitely honey walnut shrimp. Also, the portion of food is very generous.

I really enjoyed coming to this restaurant. The food is very fresh and the go containers are really nice. One of my favorite things is the diet delight menu.
We loved the hot and sour soup, as well as their beautiful angel fish aquarium!

My wife and I was on vacation we wanted to some Chinese food to eat, we went to wok Chinese restaurant. The restaurant looked like a mom and pop restaurant, but the food and employees were friendly. The price wasn’t that bad, they gave us enough that we have to take it back to our hotel room.

For a while I thought Panda was the best “Chinese” place in Hollister. I don’t like Panda Express. I didn’t know the Wok existed. I tried Cheung Sheng before and after the fire and I never liked it. Wongs is a nightmare. I don’t like to talk bad about businesses but warm beer, rounding up the price of food before tipping and making you pay up front is not cool. This is good, wish they sold beer and Coke. Pepsi sucks.

Absolutely delicious! I had the veggie eggplant and veggie chow mein with sesame balls for dessert. So delicious! Ni greasiness and great seasoning, perfectly cooked. Mom had a shrimp dish that looked amazing. She ordered extra to go since everything was so fresh and scrumptious.

Today was my first time trying this local restaurant although it is hidden I loved it!!! The host was absolutely helpful and kind with a great attitude! When I got home and got the chance to try out the food, I was surprised with the portions. It is very much worth its' price! The fried rice was 10/10. Very authentic ??. I also ordered chow mein it was also 10/10. The house chicken 10/10 GREAT! You might think I am exaggerating but I assure you if you give this place a chance, you WILL come back for more. ??? If you love boba I recommend peach green tea and passionfruit green tea it was very delicious!
Local Chinese restaurant in Hollister, CA hidden back from the road. I love Chinese food and felt that some of my orders were prepared a little differently than I really like. Food was good, interior of the restaurant needs work, service and food was quick. I ordered for take-out and feel that that was the right decision.

The food is decent still. The customer service is either ok or non existent. The lady who I assume is the owner is either nice or rude and the American guy there that wears a chain is only nice to his fav customers. It’s honestly better to go to Panda Express as the food is better, ready faster and the customer service is top notch! Sad a fast food chain is better but I’ll go spend my money where it’s appreciated.
