This is hands down the best tasting Pho in town. More authentic. Really good Boba, too! It is also very clean. We love this place.Vegetarian options: Special vegan rice, veggie fried rice, stir fried veggies noodle, Vegan "chicken" (rice/noodle)

I live in the bay area and have been going up to join my two sisters and Hollister at this place for quite a while. Every time I go down to see them. The food is wonderful. This staff is very friendly, and they always make sure and give us an extra pot of tea Love the Vietnamese coffee, hot or cold. I give it 10 stars.

This restaurant is in the Hollister downtown area which looks much busier and nicer from when I was here a long time ago. To Pho is not much to look at but the food was excellent. The all women crew are doing a great job!

As I write this review, I am reminded of the incredible experience my wife and I had at this restaurant. We discovered this spot during the flu season, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Not only did the food have a healing effect on my wife, but it also tasted amazing. What struck us the most was the owner's dedication to her business and community. We witnessed her gifting a boba to a school bus driver and walking her kids into the shop. It was a beautiful sight to behold and resonated with us deeply.Food:I loved trying different dishes on each visit and was never disappointed. The lemongrass chicken with white rice was my favorite, and it had a sweet-spicy flavor that I still remember. As for my wife, her love for the veggie tofu pho never fades.Service:The owner's commitment to providing excellent service was inspiring, and her staff are also very helpful.Atmosphere:The restaurant's atmosphere is intimate yet spacious, with outdoor seating, and is located in the heart of downtown.I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wholesome dining experience. Supporting local businesses like this one is crucial, and I can't stress enough how much they deserve our love and gratitude.

Only vietnamese pho joint in Hollister. There's another one but not authentic. Little disappointed that their quality of food decreased as of today. Ordered the usual beef combination. The server over the phone got the order wrong. Missing item, so I had to wait a little during pick up. Noodles were undercooked. Asked for tendon, but it was so chewy, I couldn't eat it. Brisket slices and beef balls were dry. At least the rare steak was good. The two good things here are the appetizer wonton soups and the shrimp spring rolls.

Decent place if you have a craving for Vietnamese food in Hollister. It's in the downtown area next to some shops. I got the lemon grass shrimp with rice and it was good. My partner got the tofu noodle soup, but we think the broth was a beef or chicken broth. The soup was pretty standard but did the trick for two tired travelers. If we are back in the area, and have a noodle craving we would head back here.

Had a nice lunch at To Pho today. We had the beef Pho (excellent broth) and the cold noodles with chicken. The mango milk tea with boba and lychee jelly was very good and tasted like a smoothie. Give them a try!
