Had it with this place. I don't know if it's just because it's always understaffed or that what staff they have don't care. Either way, we're not going back until we know they're no longer serving lukewarm fries and salads that aren't moldy and rotten. Even Wendy's corporate didn't bother with my complaint. No refund or as much as a simple apology.

Have tried it 4 times over the last 3 months. Both breakfast runs were bad. Food was slimy once and dry the next. With 30-45 wait times. 12-1pm was better food but still long wait times. Evening was the best with 20min wait and decent food. Even at its best jack is just better

Wouldn't recommend it. Expensive as is and yet they they made me park for fried because it'll be a few min. Ok so I park and waited 15min still nothing...all they can say is sorry or give me my rest of my food , which should have been properly addressed in the beginning. Normally im understable I've worked in fast food and retail, but they weren't really apologetic for a mistake they made. Its all about honesty here and I won't be coming back for awhile to any Wendy's.

I do door dash as a handicapped non driving person I was excited to have a Wendys here in Hollister.The first time I ordered thru door dash the food was cold. Since they had just opened I tried again hoping for a better result. This time no better Chicken nuggets were not as ordered mixed with spicy not what i ordered. Ordered junior and medium fries no junior fries delivered. also ordered two burgers cold and crust was hard.So I called Wendys the manager was no help. Offered new fries chicken nuggets and basically the whole order.I will NOT be ordering from them again.

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s location. The employee named CATHRINE was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for help with the Wendy’s app, she said she was “tired of helping people with it,” that “she will not help people all day,” and that there wasn’t anything she could do. Instead of offering any assistance, she rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and got on her personal phone right in front of me.
This is supposed to be a brand new location, but the service is already unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated this way now I understand why this place already has so many bad reviews.

Stopped by Wendy’s this morning, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. Everything was greasy enough to qualify as a slip-and-slide, they had no jelly, and the sandwiches were so small I thought they were samples. Nothing tasted fresh, just sad breakfast energy all around. One star — only because zero isn’t an option.

The cinnabon is really good. The chocolate frosty with the Wednesday sauce makes it taste exactly like cough syrup. We ordered from DoorDash and they didn't to put one of our fries in the bag.

I was the only one in line around 8:45 am and bought a number 3, was asked to park around the corner because they had to make the fries. I proceeded. Once I got home, literally down the street I opened my croissant, and the egg didn't look appetizing so I didn't eat it. It was hard at the edges as if it sat out for a very long time and there was black almost looked like mold to me. Lost me as a customer smh.
