Definitely a dive bar, which there’s nothing wrong with that unless the older blonde bartender takes the meaning of it too far and proceeds to be rude, slow, absent, and inappropriate to her customers. You don’t leave your bar back empty and unattended for 30 minutes at a time to go outside and smoke on a busy Saturday night. You don’t call your customers names and try to start fights with them. A dive bar is that because of the ambience and inexpensive drinks, not because the face of the establishment acts like trash. Do better.
