No fryer, rice was old and stale, chicken curry had consistency of mashed potatoes. Didn't even want to swallow. They need to go back to da kine and bring back some aloha.

Deargod, the reviews about being out of food are true. And apparently it doesn't matter who owns. As the front counter girl went to the back to see what else of the numerous items they didn't have, I see the cook in the back with long curly hair that's free flowing and not tied back or even in a hat or hair net. At that point we just decided double no and left. Another Deargod to add to the list was that they were out of the salad that would come with your plate and we were told that if we wanted fruit salad or macaroni salad instead it would be an extra charge!!! W T F?? Pretty confident that at EVERY Hawaiian BBQ place we've been to (even in Maui) macaroni salad on the side is a staple...

So sad and disappointed. I ordered Luau park from Wiki about 6 months ago, and I LOVED it. Went back a few weeks ago and they were closed at lunchtime. Sent my son there for delicious take out last night, and it was horrible. They were not able to serve anything on the menu that was supposed to be fried, Luau Park was nothing like I have had here in the past. Spare ribs were so tough, they were inedible. Mac salad is different, too. Nothing about our dinner was good. Granddaughter scraped the coleslaw off of her plate. She didn't even want it to TOUCH her rice, which was the only thing she actually ate. Staff is rude and unhelpful, food is terrible. I think there is a new owner. I hope he asked the old owner for the recipes and does something to turn this place around. I support local shops, rather than chains, and I really want to like this place again.

I took my daughter here to get her favorite boba smoothie... we were told there were new owners and they would not honor the “punchcard system†where you buy 10 get one free... the girl said it so rudely and took no accountability and referred to herself as a barista... I told her that she was in the customer service business ... I tried to order and she had already completed my order and that I had to pay before I could order anything else.. so I wasn't able to get the other kids something as well. ... I asked how I could get a hold of the new owners and she offered no help ... oh and they don't have a listed phone number! Sorry I would love it for this business to make it... but maybe the owners or managers should be onsite sometimes.

I normally like this place and it's my go-to boba place. But costumer service here sucks. They don't like to admit it when they make the drinks wrong, and they won't remake them for you. They made three drinks, all tasted way off! (I'd know since I go oftenand said they can only remake one. Their OG staff was great. Hopefully they get it together. Month Update: The owner Jack messaged me and told me I would get a refund the same day I wrote the original review. A month later and nothing has happened, I asked for him today only to be informed he sold WikiWiki so it's under new ownership.. and nothing can be done. Hopefully the new owners are better at their job!

I only get Boba milk tea here( the only place that sells it in Hollister). I cannot comment on the food. Is an eclectic storefront environment, I usually purchase and take home my order.

I was in Hollister and was craving Hawaiin bbq so I asked Google to hook me up. When I arrived the place was empty , odd for dinner time .The staff was unhelpful when asked questions , the menu is small , the mac salad is the worst I've ever had , the small salad that came with my meal tasted faintly of dirt and very salty ( weird ) and the chicken katzu was middle of the road at best. Save yourself some time and just avoid this place..Yuck.

Food was alright, the drinks are ok, i would reccommend the food yet however, the staff is just awful, specifically one women there with long brown hair up to her waist and i believe her names hana? Either way, she gave rude service, always was on her phone, took her time making me and my cousins drink when we were in a rush and just acted like she didnt care. The foods alright, certainly tasty boba, yet the staff is forcing my review to be low. i dont even feel comfortable walking in if shes there.

Great food, not completely Hawaiian food but definitely great food at the least to say. Ray is definitely a wonderful cook and will always order when he's there. Baristas are great in customer service, always a smile always great drinks. Hopefully they stick to one set of hours but even then still a great place to go. For first timers here I highly suggest Katsu kitchen with Mac salad and An Arnold Palmer with mango popping boba. 5 Stars to this place 24/7
