Personally if I was able to give 0 stars I would. The cashiers and workers were delightful but however I can say that the management needs to do a much better job. I believe his name was Daniel, and from the start the atmosphere was completely off as he came. I felt quite unwelcomed this night unlike every other night. I was just trying to purchase some ranch right after I had placed a carry out but this management had rudely interrupted his cashier saying it was a charge which I know that as I usually always purchase it. He implied that I tried to get it for free which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I usually never make a big deal about the mistakes such as forgetting to put in an item or incorrectly making it( mind you i live across town so its annoying having to come back) that they make but this one was just something I will tolerate especially coming from a manger. He came off a bit hostile as well as rude which I truly do not appreciate

I come here often usually during the night and the cashier is always delightful but management has gone down hill. I think his name was Daniel and he just sounded very rude. I was just trying to get ranch and he interrupts the cashier and says it’s charged. I come often enough and I know it’s charged but he seemed very rude about it and implied that I tried getting it for free. also the last time I got wingstop they completely forgot my fries and I live about 10 minutes away and had to go all the way back.

I placed a catering pick up order a week in advance for 3:45 PM. The food wasn’t actually ready until 40 minutes later at 4:25. Totally unacceptable service.

I came late around 11, whoever bro was, who was serving me hooked it up with extra ranches more than i asked and that gained brownie points- ontop of that the price was cheaper than i thought it was going to be so j got a great deal for my meal🤙 I’m not from the area but stopping here wasnt a bad idea🦾

The service has gotten much better since the first few times I've been here. I didn't see the usual workers though so that might have something to do with it. Everything we ordered was delicious besides the lemon pepper wings, they didn't have any lemon pepper on them and that had been consistent every time I've been there. The spicy honey sauce was good, also were the mango habenaro wings along with the classic wingstop fries. The carrots are also very delicious fresh and crisp. The ranch is on point also. As busy as they were this last time I was happy with the wait and service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted even though I had to wait a minute for them to check my name it wasn't long at all and I was pleased I was recognized as soon as I walked in. I feel that is super important especially if they cant get to you right away at least they knowledged I was there and they were would be with me shortly. My only real complaint is the lemon pepper wings which the five times I have been here have had almost absolutely no seasoning, luckily I keep some at home but its definitely not the same.

Customers always look at your orders every time, i dont trust these cook that says everything is in the bag, when its not they try to shorten you on what you order esp when you order big orders!! Thankfully i learn my lesson to check and of course im right! Missing 20 pieces of chicken and had to wait again!! Customers shouldnt have to go through something like these esp when we pay alot of money ordering it! Watch out with these kind of people

I just went in to pick up doordash. The guy behind the counter on his phone asked me what the name was on my order I told him he said it's an unusual name. Then he he had to ask me again. the only person making food ask me the name, then she asked me the name again. Then she's doing something, I don't know what but nothing's in the fryer nothing's going on no one's really doing anything. People are there to pick up food and no one's there to hand it out. She figures it out okay then she's like one at a time doing something. nothing's going full steam at all. In fact everything was in such slow motion I felt like I was the one that was high! Guy that was on his phone the whole time walks into the bathroom never came back, the other girl went outside came back in she's off now she leaves. Other girl preparing the food she's not even wearing any gloves but she's doing everything one at a time so whatever whatever everything's whatever there, who cares right? Literally you put stuff into a fryer and toss it with sauces and powders then you put them in a bag. You're not constructing salads or building sandwiches barely and if you are it's what, some lettuce or pickles? I'm sorry but it's not that hard, I don't understand how it can be so slow. It makes me feel stupid for fighting for $20 an hour for fast food people honestly. And that's not including the last two orders that I picked up for delivery that were completely wrong. One person it was the wrong person's food then the next order it was missing half the order and that was the same person both times. The older short lady with long hair I think it's got purple in it now. I'll give her some wiggle room I guess because I think she might be new but it doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of effort going on. And it pisses me off because people that work hard like me that could go in there and kill it by myself on my own can't get a full-time job and you hire kids that don't care.
Why don't you guys invest in some skilled people 🤔 give them full-time hours they will work good for you for that money.
**** last time I was there they were telling people there was a 2 hour wait time!!! If not all the fryers are going and you are that far in the weeds...I don't know how or why this happens.... 🤡🤯

Haven't been here in awhile and last time I will go here. Customer service is not there. They forced me to use the app to order online only. However California law states they have to take cash so they have to take order. Last other times haven't been very pleasant and they are pushing people away. Do not go here.

The staff that delivers the orders does not work, they are rude and inattentive to customers, they do their job poorly, I don't know what they do there yet, it doesn't make me want to go to that store.

The employees absolutely suck at this location. It’s all teenagers wearing earbuds listening to music while “working” and talking crap about customers who have been waiting for an hour for their chicken. Absolutely ridiculous.
