This location charges about $2 more than the one in Torrance... I also had to wait longer here (with no one in line in comparison to there always being a line in Torrance). They also charge you before knowing if what you ordered is out (not available).Im personally not coming back to this location, but it seems to work for everyone else.

The staff is quick and friendly and the ice cream is in my top five for LA. New flavors monthly but my personal fave is butter pecan or birthday cake. Cotton candy explosion is pretty good as well.Dietary restrictions: They do have suger free options as well
I litterly stood waiting on employee to take my order as I was waiting for her to attend us she completely ignored us as she was more concerned in her bucket of water instead of her attending whoever is at the window.Other costumer comes and attends them instead of us, litterly ignored us and gave us no attention. Employee is female with curly hair Hispanic heavy weight. There should be a SIGN with order here if you are going to ignore us. Didnt order anything after being treated like trash.Never coming here again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waste of time. After a long day of LA adventures, we were craving for some ice cream and stumbled upon this gem! I have never heard of this franchise before but after searching the name up, so many more locations popped up! There are plenty of choices to choose from whether you want a sundae, ice cream scoops or slushees. We had our dogs with us and saw that they even offer free Doggie Sundaes that come with a scoop of ice cream and biscuit on top. My boyfriend got their Rocky Road and Coffee as well as their Blue Raspberry Slushee. The slushee was very sour and syrup-y. I got the Double Fudge Brownie and Strawberry which were both delicious! This place does have unique ice cream but I wouldn't say it's soft and buttery like. Though it was only me and my boyfriend, our order took a long time. It's very mediocre ice cream. Can't believe I paid $10 for two scoops of grocery store quality.EDIT: The $10 included a waffle cone and tip. The waffle cone was awful. I threw it away.
I ordered the classic hot fudge sundae, and it's fantastic! Big portions and absolutely scrumptious at the end of a hot summer day The service was so friendly and sweet too - I only wish I had gotten the two girls' names for this review. I'm here on a Sunday, July 9 at 5:30 pm if that helps!The whole vibe is bright and family-friendly - it's nostalgic and reminds me of simpler times. I can't wait to come back!

Ordered online, it said 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes and stood in front of the online pickup window for 5 minutes making eye contact with everybody.. nobody acknowledged myself and the lady behind me. I finally interrupted an order to ask if this is where I pickup my order from, she came over, asked my name, then handed me my bag. It was busy, I get it. Just acknowledge me.
