I went here a month ago for the SpongeBob meal. They forgot my pie. Nbd, I'm sure it was busy during lunch.
However, since then they refused to issue a refund. I've spoken to customer service and it's not within their policy. So I guess they are just allowed to steal from people now.

disappointing drive-thru experience. we felt rushed while ordering, and the attendant (oscar) was rude and unprofessional.
an advertised buy one get one free deal on the chicken sandwich was not mentioned. when we noticed it at the window and asked to add the free item, he became visibly irritated about having to adjust the order.
what was most uncomfortable was hearing him complain about us to coworkers in spanish within earshot, not realizing we also speak spanish. while the total was corrected, the lack of professionalism overshadowed the experience.
posting this in hopes that management addresses the issue and improves the customer experience moving forward.

Burger king has stepped up thier game! I went in and the staff was nice and friendly. Food was better than i remeber. The guy attending idk if he was a manager or what but he was great and helped me out a lot.

Don't expect high quality service after 12:00 a.m. you'll also get an attitude if you insist on speaking English. Sing please doesn't always get you everything especially your order correct

In the middle of the day, after a good hike, my friend and I stopped by to grab some food before heading out on another long trek. It was a hot and tiring day. At every other location of this brand, we’ve never had any issues getting drink refills. Come on guys, that’s just not serious.
This place is in a tourist area, and it’s disappointing to see families with kids sitting among homeless people inside the restaurant.

Burger King is an old classic. This one tries to keep the magic alive but isn’t very crowed these days. The drive thru at night sees a ton of customers it seems but with another burger chain right in the next mall it has immediate competition. It could be said a flame broiled burger is losing in the burger wars but I’m convinced Burger King will keep being a viable burger option on the crowded burger space. Something about a whopper with cheese, lettuce, ketchup and extra onions gets me all the time.
The wait time is long even for online others, need more employees working and one of the managers has a bad attitude her customer service was awful,do not go if your on your lunch break, food was great

Food was overall good my whopper tasted like their was zesty sauce on it lol ,Staff was freindly restaurant was dirty windows and ice cream spilt on floors .They offer no pop refills and were all being replace by kiosks 🤣
