Food was delicious and service was excellent. Went with a group of about 13 around 5:30 on a Friday evening and there was nobody else at the restaurant that early so service was quick and food came out hot and fresh. My spouse and I split an order of the pesto angel hair pasta and the sauce was delicious but the chicken was sparse and cut up so small that I barely tasted it. Still good, though! And we also got an order of the garlic bread which was great, as well. Our entire table all got different dishes that everyone seemed to enjoy as well as cocktails that were a hit. The fresh bread with oil and vinegar was also plentiful and deserts were very good, as well (my spouse and I shared a panna cotta which was tasty but small).Bonus for the parking in back which was nearly empty because the restaurant had just opened and they allow you to leave your car to park for $10 until 11pm which we did as we were seeing a show at the Pantages only a short walk from the restaurant.Parking: Free parking when dining and $10 to park until 11pm if you're planning on leaving your vehicle to go to a show or anything nearby

The food, service, and items from the bar were all outstanding. For the price of dinner and drinks (over $200 for 2) the ambiance can be upgraded a bit. The lighting and heaters are nice, but it is still a tented parking lot. That being said, we will be back for the food and drinks. Great dinner spot before a show at either the Pantages or the Palladium. Easy walk to either.

Sorry, I don't really know what happened to Fabiolus but it isn't the same as in the old days. 95% of the dining is in a tented area that used to be the parking lot. On the night we were there it was cold with wind blowing through the dining tent. Inside seating is now basically non existent, so unfortunately you have to eat "in the sterile circus tent". Also, the quality of the food and service has deteriorated and they host large tour groups which unfortunately also totally distracts from the experience. It is what it is....everything changes, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend one of our old favorites.

We made a reservation here since we were going to a show at the Pantages. It was nice that we were able to leave our car there for $10 and walk to the theater. The service was very prompt and friendly. We felt welcomed and the staff was happy to have us there. The food was alright. The Caesar salad didn't have much of a taste to it, but the lasagna was good. Their dessert selection was good too. Overall a nice experience for going off of Open Table recommendations and reviews only. I would go back again.

Fabilolus Cucina is perfect for before and after theatre meals in Hollywood. Great pastas, excellent wine list and prices, and superb service (thank you, Olga). Parking on site and you can leave your car there for a small fee during the theatre performance.

We went to Fabiolus Cucina before attending a show at the Pantages. We were able to leave our car at the restaurant, which was only 2 blocks from the theater. The waitress brought our food very quickly without rushing us, their drinks recommendations to pair with the food were on point. People were friendly, and we loved every minute of it. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Delicious food. Great patio dining. Yummy garlic bread, salads, pizzas and pastas. Friendly servers. Heaters on patio. Parking in rear. Great for pre-theater dining!

The two seafood pasta dishes we had were a bit on the salty side. The flavor was fine and it did not need all that salt. The portions were fine but is would have been nice to have them served with bread. The beast part is the $10 discount if you show Pantages tickets and the free parking to dine. If you are going to that Pantages for a show afterwards you can park at the restaurant for an additional $10. That was great.

We came here before going to the Pantages with another couple who had been here previously and recommended it but even they were disappointed this time. It's a nice place and feels good when inside. I think it's fair to say the food was good, but the service awful as our server rarely came by or brought what was asked for like more water. When we got the bill we were charged for hot water and a couple of $1 and other small charges that didn't appear to be on the menu and other restaurants don't charge for. Let's just nicely say we most likely won't be coming here next time we go to the Pantages.

I'm in love with this place. Will be back soon for sure ambiance was great. The calamari may have been one of the best I've had.

The food was mediocre. Our pasta came out so fast I knew it was just scooped onto a bowl and served. It tastes that way too. Our waiter so incredibly rude. I even heard the people next to us talk about how rude he was. He didn't offer us bread or ever ask for a refill on our drinks. He was awful. The person busing the tables offered is bread and water. Overall this place was meh. The food was mediocre and the service awful. Everyone just seemed annoyed at having customers

Fabiolus was terrific as always. I have always had the pasta in the past, but this time we tried the pizza. It was excellent, and since it was Valentine's Day, it came in a heart shape. It was a great touch. Our waiter was a fun and friendly presence and had good advice on cocktails.

Went to Fabiolus Cucina before catching a show (The Wiz) at the Pantages Theatre. The restaurant was within walking distance from the theatre. The restaurant look small from the out side but once you get into the restaurant you will see that they have a huge covered patio out back. We started with with Fried Calamari which was breaded with a light batter. The calamari was tender. We also order some garlic bread that was really good. I had Grilled Salmon Filet and my son had the Lobster Ravioli. Both entree were flavorful and filling. We would definitely come back here for dinner again.

Food here is fantastic people and the service was wonderful. You're basically sitting outdoors. They have a huge awning, slight tent that you are dining under chilly nights they have heaters.

LIFE THREATENING !Big cast iron piece was in my pasta with meatballs (pick up order). I eat the meatballs with a spoon, so I could have choked on it and died. Luckily I only bit into it and possibly chipped my tooth. It was dark, but I ran back right away, worried it was a piece from an oven and that someone else could have gotten a similar piece and choked.I am still in shock how the manager and host or cook treated me like a deviant. Though, I could have had the right to be loud, I was actually quiet and discrete cause I know it could irritate the other guests. I rather whispered and discretely showed the plate with the metal hazard.ZERO APOLOGIES. Suddenly, the two men turned against me like a mob and said hit was suspicious I was talking so much. (Cause paradoxically, I tried to imagine all possible scenarios and was apologetic for not ignoring this LIFE HAZARD - I told them I dined there before and gave them good reviews - ZERO RESPECT - they even threatened to call the police if I did not leave, though I was composed, and respectful.I just told this shocking story to another local business owner, so he is careful when choosing local lunch options and he said the few times he ate there he got the stomach flu. I can't believe I used to give them good reviews for mediocre food (WORST FAKE TRUFFLE EVER!) , just to support a local small business.I am saving the metal piece as legal evidence and calling the LA County Health Department so no more lives are endangered. This was pure negligence (it's not like a fly that can catch a cook off guard, despite thoroughness) , to be bullied out of a restaurant just because I wanted to help prevent another incident is appalling. SERGIO & MAURO ARE SHAMELESS & CRIMINAL!
